These people are amazing! In one visit I received a thorough examination by Dr. Marc Thevenin (lovingly referred to as 'Dr. T' by his staff), Nick helped me with financing and gave me a great deal, Luke took moldings of my teeth and Ashton gave me the most gentle cleaning I have ever had! All this on my first visit. The professional teamwork and smiling faces was so comforting. Thank you so much everyone! Looking forward to my next appointment.

It was our first visit. Very impressed. We got a call ahead of time just to explain the appointment, which was very nice. At the appointment, we were met with smiles and everyone seemed very nice. The tech that did the x-rays was very professional and the assistant was thorough in explaining what she was doing. The doctor was friendly and seemed to enjoy his job. Great experience.

All of the staff was friendly. I was not informed that I wouldn't get a cleaning on my first new patient appointment until the end. Dr. T, Ashley & Kelly were professional. Kelly gave great details about cost. I will return.

5 star treatment from the staff, but I received 1 star treatment from the Dr. Thevenin which was disappointing because I was there to see him. The receptionist, technician, even the hygienist were all very warm, thorough and friendly. They seemed to be firing on all cylinders. Thus it was a bit of a shock to have the doctor come in, murmur his name and spend less than 5 minutes with me. He was neither warm, nor thorough, nor friendly. I came to Aspen because I heard the opposite about him and was sorely let down. I didn't feel like I received a full examination; his assistants did most of the work but he's the most qualified to diagnose signs of disease and decay. My chipped teeth weren't even mentioned, but the most expensive procedure I could possibly get sure was. I'd like to hope that I caught him on an off day and this isn't regular behavior. Regardless of how excellent his staff is, I'll have to look for another dentist that cares about me.

Staff was very nice.

Exam was thorough.

I don't fully trust that the future procedures they suggested were necessary.

At the end I was scheduling my cleaning appointment and was told I had to pay at least half of the projected cost in order for them to hold the appointment for me.

My gut sensed shady business.

I left without scheduling the cleaning and with the intention of going elsewhere.

I waited 45 minutes before being called back to a room, got xrays and a scan, then waiting about an hour in a room. The tech that took me back was great and nice, but the denist was not helpful. i told him I was on a level 8 out of 10 for pain, all he did was talked about a tooth on the other side of my mouth that I needed a crown for instead of focusing on where my pain area was, then told me he was going to refer me out and gave me an antibiotic. Was told I needed a cleaning as well and a filling, which that is fine, scheduled me out for 5 more days of dealing with this pain. Definitely not what I have been through in the past with dentists, probably will not be going back

I had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Surampudi was awesome!! She explained the issues I had and the various options. Looking at few bad reviews, I was a bit nervous to go to Aspen, but Dr. Surampudi, Cindy and the whole team made me feel very comfortable. And the wait time was not bad at all. Looks like things have changed with the new dentist. I wanted to get a quick appointment and Josh was very helpful.

The office's Covid practices are in line with current guidelines. I called for an appt because of tooth pain. I underwent a full battery of x rays as well as a brief exam.

It was explained that i would be required to complete the $1339 intense cleaning because i hadnt seen a dentist in 5 yeats. This required cleaning and payment of $1339 would be required before i would be able to have my filling replaced that was causing my pain. I asked 3x in the course of the conversation with the office manager.... It didnt matter that i had no insurance for dental.... Had been out of work 3x in last 3 years.... Trying to get life under control again and was not able to justify $1339 cleaning ..... I just needed my filling fixed.
