Not only was I extremely nervous but I was also terrified of the procedure I was to have done. I was exceedingly happy and very grateful for such kind considerate and gentle technicians and doctor. Holly was phenomenal, she was sweet and talkative and encouraging! By the end of the appointment we were laughing. Doc was amazing too! I had a similar procedure done at another dentist that was so traumatizing. This experience in contrast was leaps and bounds better. I couldn't believe how quickly and effectively he did the job! I wont go anywhere else! Top notch facility and top notch staff!

I feel like I was treated with respect by everyone I encountered and was well informed of what exactly is going to take place when I come back for my next visit. Thank you. I went back for my second visit and now I can hardly wait to see the perfect smile I have always wanted. I would recommend you to anyone who is interested in some dental work done or most of all dentures.

Pathetic. Went to the East Peoria location and they had a corporate disaster there and messed up my root canals, so I was referred to the one in Peoria and they made me wait 2 hours my first appointment because the doctor was running long with a patient. They rescheduled me two weeks later first thing at the morning at 9am and it’s 9:10am and they said the doctor has not shown up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I do not recommend this company what so ever to anyone unless they feel dealing personally with corporate.

Aspen Dental is a pleasant enough office, though they seem to be woefully understaffed. It is difficult to get them to answer the phone. Appointments are no guarantee you will be seen at the scheduled time. I have showed up and been told there was a mix-up and they "lost" the appointment, but they will "fit me in." I have seen this happen to other patients as well while I've been in the waiting room. They have called me and canceled appointments the day of the appointment. If a patient did this, they would be charged. I have consistently experienced wait times of 15-30 minutes later than my scheduled time. They do good work, but are unable to abide by a schedule. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also, they solicit reviews.

It is the staff I liked well. Very nice people. Especially Maria, her voice is so kind. She does a great job. I do commend her work ethics in taking care of us, the clientele. Though, they have different dentist in most visit. It would be better in terms of continuity of care, knowledge, more so the trust.

I have been going to Aspen for the last couple of years and really like it. It is a comfortable atmosphere, and the staff are super friendly and competent. Recently, I had a cleaning with the hygienist, Todd, he was a joy! For one of the lease anticipated parts of the year, going to the dentist is not something to fear in their capable hands. I will never buy party hats over an impending dental visit, but I don't get anxious or dread them anymore, and that is a big deal! :)

Hrm where to start, the hygienist is really nice and upfront lady. As a CASH paying customer i felt super rushed both times I was there. They quoted me 2265 to get 2 wisdom teeth removed, Called one other place and they quote me at 1325. Do I need to say more? 2 stars only because the hygienist is good otherwise they would get 1.

Since getting a new, full time dentist, I decided I should rewrite my review. The staff is great and the new dentist (Surampudi) is amazing. She works very quickly and doesn't skimp on the Novocaine. I literally felt nothing, not even pressure, when I had a couple teeth extracted. Both were out in about 15 minutes. Great work by an awesome dentist and support staff.

By far the worst dental experience of my life. Our insurance coverage changed and unfortunately, Aspen Dental was the only in network office we could visit. My son, husband, and I were ALL overcharged, double billed, and billed for services not rendered. My husband was also diagnosed with treatment he did not need. We were all there at different times and the wait time was ridiculously long. My follow up cleaning has been rescheduled by them for four months now. The reasons have ranged from “their hygienist quit, to the office will simple be closed that day now.” I don’t know what is going on at this place but it is by far the most scammy, shady, unprofessional operation I’ve ever witnessed. We will pay out of pocket from now on just to never have to go back here.

I had scheduled an appointment on 7/8/2019 at 8:00 AM only to be told AFTER I arrived that the dentist would not be in until closer to noon. No attempt to contact me that morning was made, despite the reception staff knowing when the dentist would be in. I returned later that evening where I was one of, if not the last patient, to be seen by the dentist. He quickly went over x-rays and determined that I needed a gum/teeth cleaning. I was in agreement with his diagnosis. A cleaning was scheduled the next morning. The dental hygienist was great. However, the "advanced cleaning" was nothing more than teeth scraping and a flouride rinse. Hardly an advanced cleaning at all! Not to mention my card was charged $480 for these services "after we consulted your insurance." I received an EOB from my insurance a month later showing that I should have only paid $95.66 for the services rendered. Aspen Dental's billing policies are a SCAM. They overcharge you on your date of service and put it on you to get a refund after the fact. This is unacceptable and while the dental staff was great, I would never recommend Aspen Dental
