I had a tooth pulled and they had to break the tooth and pull the roots out one at time. I have had plenty of dental work done over the years there but this was by far worst pain I have experienced. The tooth was pulled on Thursday I called the office on Friday and told them I had Taken at least 12 Tylenol and was still in pain they told me to add ibuprofen so I have been taking 3 Tylenol and two ibuprofen plus Advil since Friday Every two hours and the pain is unbearable so on Saturday evening I called the emergency number after hours and no one called me back. The answering service lady suggested I go to the emergency room. I almost went to emergency Room but decided to wait for the emergency clinic to open in 5 hours. I have been a patient for 7 years and I will not be going back

I went to Aspen dental for my first time in pain with a broken tooth. I had to go through the exam and the $6500 they wanted for different teeth issues while I was in pain. They said they would extract my tooth. I was really happy even though I was told on the phone it would only cost $109.00 and then once I got there it changed to$243.00. I had Dr Mitchell I do not recommend anyone to have her pull your teeth. She told me if the extraction was easy she would not prescribe me take home medication. She had a very hard time pulling my tooth she struggled really bad to get it out then she drilled on my bone and placed many stitches in my mouth. Once she was done refused to give me medication to have at home for the pain. I wanted 800 ibuprofen and she told me she had over the counter tylenol and ibuprofen. I had severe pain for 4 days already and had been taking over the counter medication and could not sleep with my pain. I just wanted a higher dose of ibuprofen she told me when she extracted the tooth she took my pain away. My mouth was swollen so bad I could not open it after the numbness wore off. I could not eat or sleep I iced and took over the counter medication. It did not help at all now it has been over 30 hours jaw is still swollen and painful. I have had teeth pulled before and never had this problem. I did not get antibiotics either. I hope Dr Mitchell starts caring for her patients. The day I saw her she had no compassion for someone in pain.

Had a dental emergency that led to a visit. My tooth had to be extracted. Dr. Joe was great. Kind and explained what my options were. Had great pain control during extraction. Attendant Alisha was great also and showed her abilities through her explanations and caring manner.

Everyone is super friendly. I'm happy this is where I'll be having my dental work done

When in for my 7 extractions, hold the dentist during our conciliation that I need to be put to sleep or I cant do it. He gives me triazolam... didnt feel anything from it. Never got sleep, numb... nothing, felt exactly the same as when. I wanted in. So I wanted out. Not sure I'll go back again

Avoid if you can, they bill for items not requested or approved and then turn you to collections , they will not listen to what you have to say , only recourse is to sue them and that may or may not be worth it

Everyone i came in contact with was very kind. It was my first time being at this office but I was able to feel comfortable quickly. The assistant took the time to explain the procedure to me. I've had this specific procdure before, but every provider does things alittle different. The provider took the time afterwards to answer my questions and I didn't feel rushed, even though it was 830pm. Overall had a great experience and look forward to my next visit.

I had a pretty great experience with aspen dental. I went in 8 months ago for an extraction with bone grafting. I just went and got my implant put in and it was an easy procedure and they were very professional. My only word of advice, is if you’re going in for something that will require painkillers (like the extraction and implant) make sure you call around to pharmacies before hand to make sure they are open and to make sure they will be open when you leave your appointment. When the local anastetic wears off you will most likely want the pain to go away as quickly as possible and showing up to a closed pharmacy is not ideal. Other then that, they are more then capable and very good at what they do. Thank you for a good experience Aspen Dental and I will be back for the crown in a few months!

Had mixed experience with this place .. a year ago my fiance went and spent about 4 grand outta pocket to have work done. They treated her great, did decent work. But we payed the price..... I go in the other day, told the office mgr what I wanted upfront when making the appointment. I have no insurance so I have to pay outta pocket... They scheduled me an appointment and after waiting an hour the dentist came in and said I would need the 20k worth of work. And I walked out... Went to a dentist down the street and got the small work I wanted and only payed 40 bucks. And I was expecting to pay 250+ at Aspen.... It took about 5 min for the work. Wow sell you everything or we won't work on your teeth. Avoid this place. Go to a local mom and pop dentist like park ave dentistry. They treat you like a person not a ATM....
