Everyone I encountered during my visit was friendly and professional. I was kept informed as to what they were doing every step of the way. I received a complete set of x-rays and a thorough examination by the dentist who fully explained his findings and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be returning to this office for my future dental needs!

The staff at aspen really know how to take good care of their patients. And talking about answering phones, they are also good.i am willing to tell my african people about your service. Most of them are afraid to do dental work but i will tell them,there's nothing to be afraid of.

I had a tooth extraction done today. I had wonderful experience in office with most staff and Dr. Billil. There was a miscommunication between Dr and technician ( Not Dr fault) so we had to call back to clear it up. The office manager was on top and responded asap! I chose to give 5 stars, even with the one mishap....so considering they fixed it fast, I appreciate the accountability and fast correction so much I would refer other's to him. Thank you all for your very pleasant experience otherwise!

I will never come here again. I initially called them for an emergency appt on an exposed nerve from a broken tooth. I had been in urgent care and the emergency room twice. they got me in the next day which I thought was great🤗when I arrived everything went smoothly. then they wanted to talk about a treatment plan. remember I'm here for emergency tooth extraction....after an hour in the chair the Dr. told me she would take care of my pain today for me....I sat in chair for another HOUR while dr typed up my treatment plan. I then go into an office where they sit me down with a 15,000$ treatment plan. said they needed half to proceed today🤨 I was like what are you talking about. I came in for emergency, I don't need invisalign rn😭😭 then says well we can get you in, in a week but you have to pay 122$ to set that appt and 122$ when you come in. They gave me an itemized statement saying my insurance covered 0$ and I had to pay 244 outta pocket for tooth extraction. I have great dental insurance. So much so that I went somewhere else the same night and my insurance covered 214$ and I paid 83$ outta pocket! and my tooth was pulled same day this all went down! when I made this 2nd appt. i tried to have Aspen Dental print off my xrays and transfer them to new dental office. i was told printer was broken. Aspen dental was then gonna burn a disc they said for me to take w me to new dental appt. but was told then that burner was not working. they also told me it would take DAYS for an email to b sent to other dental office! 🤯mind blown! My question is where was my 244$ going to and why did they tell me my insurance covered 0$??? ZERO This company did not do ONE single thing I asked for...just tried to empty my wallet and did not care about my well being!!! I'm a first time customer that will never return to this establishment😡👎🏻

I had a great experience at Aspen, from the cleaning, right through some major dental work. I was very happy with treatment and service. Dr. Yuan is fantastic and the hygienists and assistants are wonderful.

I was late to my appointment, they had me in the waiting room for maybe 10mins and then I was seen. Great staff. Super friendly people. Well educated and supportive. As a first time customer I had a great experience and will be scheduling my children to get their dentistry here too.

I went in for a broken tooth. On my drive, I realized I picked the wrong one for distance to my home. But Sophia at the front desk, Lynn, the DA were so nice and helpful, that I will continue my dental needs at their location. Dr Joe explained all my options in layman's terms. Everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease.Work was done professionally and with little pain. I would recommend these people without hesitation.Returned for follow up visit and received same great care. Paula was very nice and professional and Dr. Joe was great too.
