Everyone I spoke to was so kind & extremely helpful. I was so nervous going in there because the last place I went was a horrible experience and they were very judgmental but the people at aspen dental made me feel welcome & made sure to take the time to explain everything to me. I’ve had good luck with Aspen Dental in my various locations that include San Antonio, TX and Baton Rouge, LA but the location on the south side of Des Moines is a huge waste of time and gave me zero confidence that they are capable of conducting any professional services in the dental industry.
Save yourself the tooth ache and go some somewhere else… anywhere else!

Husband has a broken tooth. Took of work (which he never does) to go to Aspen and have it pulled. The receptionist said they would pull it of give him antibiotics. They did neither.

dental hygienist was super nice, but I had made an appointment to get a chippped tooth fixed. I wasn’t able to get into my normal dentist before the holidays and they told me if I found somewhere else that could do It they would cover to costs. aspen dental is very close to me and had an available appointment at 7:45. when I talked to the receptionist she knew I normally see a different dentist but just needed a quick fill. I arrived at 7:30 and wasn’t seen until 8:15. when they call me back I tell them my problem and that I just had a cleaning and x-rays within the last two weeks. they continued to do more x-rays and even a cleaning. by the time the dentist comes over he starts talking to me about invisalign and how aspen has their own kind, but is also telling me my teeth are perfect minus the little chip? he spent so much time talking about the invisalign’s and then was getting ready to leave so I asked if he was going to fix my tooth, since that was the whole reason I had came in and he tells me that he doesn’t have time. if you didn’t have time then why did you spend over a half hour talking to me about invisalign which I don’t even need. called my dentist and immediately told them what happened, she said they try to get EVERYONE invisalign even if they don’t need It and to never go there again. I graduate cosmetology tomorrow and have a huge chip in my front teeth. frustrated is an understandment

I was so nervous to go to the dentist since I knew I needed a lot of work done. Everyone from the assistant, dentist, and financial advisor was extremely friendly and reassured me throughout the process. I’ve never been to such a great dental practice. They were very efficient and came up with a great plan to take care of everything. They weren’t judge mental or rude at all and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at this office.
