Way over priced. They wanted to charge 9 thousand for dental and that was with 20 percent off staff said. Went else where and only paid 4 thousand for it. My dental assistant at my new dentist even said she wouldn't recommend this place for anybody.

I had Deepa the hygienest work on my gums. She did a fantastic job. I have always been uncomfortable in the dentist chair, but Deepa made me feel at ease while working on my gums.
We had a great conversation, and I look forward to having her do work for me on the near future.

The staff at Aspen was friendly and helpful. They explained things very well and gave me opportunities to ask questions. I'll be returning for further services and will recommend to friends and family.

I got new dentures after my dog chewed on them. They were very thourough in fitting. I have a medical issue causing dizziness and they were very gentle with me and understanding.

I went into their office with a toothache and thought it has been several years since I have had my dentures redone while I am there. They do not seem to know what they are doing. Took them 4 tries to get the insurance right. All of their fancy xray equipment found one of 3 cavities. Was told on my first visit my dentures would be ready in 3 to 5 days after my second visit. Its been 6 weeks and I still need 2 more visits before they will be ready. Dr (?) that was to do fillings was rather terse and rude. Made an appointment with a different dentistry to have all work other than dentures done. If the dentures are not done satisfactorily in the next 2 weeks I will have them done somewhere else.

I still have my toothache (they wouldn't do the filling unless I spent $1,000 on extras.

Would not recommend them to anyone.

Very professional staff.. I am very pleased with how everyone was pleasant and explained everything very well to me and what procedures I needed for my optimal dental health. Thank you so very much to all of the staff.

Staff was polite, kind, and accommodating. They have done an excellent job with staggering patients to protect them and staff during covid-19. The provider did an excellent job with my extraction. He even called to check on me later that evening! Great experience all around. Would highly recomend their services!

Don’t waste your time here! I scheduled a week ahead and took time off from work for my appt and was told they can’t see me for my appt when i came. If this is how you treat new patients then u don’t need my business!!

Terrible experience. I showed up early to get paperwork done, was called back quickly. I then waited over an hour and a half and was never seen. I was told when scheduling the appointment that it would take 1.5 hours, I waited 2 hours and had no work done. I had to reschedule only to come in and be told that I would need to pay for treatment. This was not told to me when rescheduling. I didn’t have the funds to pay at the time so I have to schedule a 3rd appointment. Waste of time.

I haven't been to Aspen Dental in over two years but ended up with a derogatory mark on my credit report for an unpaid amount I was not aware of. I received no written or verbal communication of this from Aspen Dental or the debt collection agency. Very shady. They would not do anything to help make it right and I was hung up on after 15 minutes being on hold. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
