I was a new patient to Aspen Dental last year. Since my very first visit they have always been very nice from when you walk in the door up to when you walk out. As you walk in your greeted by the receptionist. All the staff including the Doctor are really nice. I loved this location and i dont plan switching any time soon.

The dental hygienist was great but office people didn't know what my insurance coverage was and tried to bill me for it. They had my insurance information from my last visit when they tried to bill me for an electric toothbrush that I told them I already purchased on my own. They said they would look into it and called and left a message that it was a frequency issue. I still didn't understand because I got two cleanings a year 100% covered. I called back and talked to someone else and they said they would call me back and never did. I called my insurance company and they said there wasn't any communication about me and that my cleaning wasn't listed. I was also told that a fluoride treatment would cost me $30 and that my insurance wouldn't cover it all. My insurance company said it was covered 100%. I feel like I was being billed for items I shouldn't be and that they never spoke to my insurance company. Either incompetent or trying to get more money. They still haven't contacted me. I won't be going back. Two times they have tried to bill me for things they shouldn't.

If you have no insurance or have to pay out of pocket for something that your insurance will not cover I recommend here! I came here without insurance and a significant amount of pain. They helped me out and got me on a payment play I can afford. They worked with me to help me figure out my pain. They also worked around my schedule so I can get all the work done I need. They are some amazing, caring ppl that just want to help you!

Dr Santiago and assistant Alicia were spectacular! They can read each other, almost non verbal, to efficiently apply my 4 cavity fillings. They take the edge out of going to the dentist. I've been to Aspen twice now and both experiences were great. Another shout out to Dr Joe, 1St assistant Lynn and newby Desseray.

From the minute I walked in the door, everyone was helpful and outgoing. Each person told me what they were going to do and continually asked if I had any questions . Billing was upfront and easy to work with. I just found myself a new dentist...HOORAY!!

This was my first visit to Aspen and it was the best dental visit I've had. They were able to solve my problem on the initial visit. The staff were very nice and make getting dental work less stressful.

WOW!! I went into the process of needing to have 31 teeth surgically extracted being absolutely TERRIFIED! The consult with Dr. Tesene was about as stress free and re-assuring as it could possibly be. I was hypersensitive about my situation as I am not yet 40 and needed total extractions. At no point in the consultation did Dr. Tesene make me feel anything but "normal". Other offices I had visited to receive quotes from were slightly more judgmental, kinda look down the nose at me, if you will. It was refreshing to have the no BS approach that i received at Aspen Dental. All my numerous questions were thoroughly answered, and i was on my way into see Amy, the lady that handles the financial end of the situation. I was over whelmed at the cost, even with insurance my out of pocket was in the 5 digit range for complete oral surgery (extraction), same day temp dentures, multiple liners and reliners if necessary, and top of the line permanent dentures. Together we worked tirelessly and I was able to come up with the funds. This part sucks anywhere. IT IS EXPENSIVE!! But Aspen Dental is right in line with the going rate for this service. But the service I personally received from the entire staff, Dr. Tesene, Amy, Brenna, Dr. Bellil (totally awesome oral surgeon who took my over-the-top anxiety on the day of the procedure to a manageable level), even the ladies that assisted with the mold making for the dentures and X-rays are fantastic. I have received more calls from that office through out the process (about 1 1/2 months from consult to procedure) to ensure that I was comfortable with what all was happening, the financial burden, and after surgery care than I would have ever expected from a clinic. I was originally told that the temporary dentures are pretty "cookie cutter" and were usually not customized, just select the shade of tooth you like and they make them for you. But NO!! They made my dentures from a picture I emailed them, and they are sooooo close to looking like my real teeth!! Which is AMAZING for the natural look i wanted. I didn't go into this looking like I had a movie star smile and didn't want to when it was over, I wanted to look like I did before EDS stole my teeth from me. I will follow up in a few months when I get my permanent dentures as I am sure they will look even better than these do. AND... it isn't even over yet! I still have approx. 6 months left of post operative care, relining and denture adjustments, and my awesome permanent dentures when I am healed. So in conclusion, if you are stuck with a sucky teeth situation, go see Aspen Dental. They will treat you with care, concern, and respect. Which are the three things I needed most to get through this situation!!
