The doctor and staff were so awesome. They did a very nice job on my crown prep. I can not distinguish between original teeth and crown prep after my treatment. The doctor was a very professional and highly knowledgeable person. I strongly recommended this clinic to fix your teeth problem without discomfort. Front staff, Hygienst Deepa, Dental assistants Delo, Ashley, Kayali, and manager Kayala are super professionals. My best thanks to Dr. Joseph Tesene. Family oriented clinic

This was my first dentist appt in years which I scheduled because I was experiencing severe pain in an upper molar that made it very difficult for me to open my mouth or eat at all. The appointment itself was good. The people were friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I was told they would provide me with antibiotics for the pain, get an appointment set up with an oral surgeon to get all my wisdom teeth removed, and would work with me to create a treatment plan for some other dental issues. I felt really good about it. At the end of the appointment though, I was told they hadn’t been able to get ahold of my dental insurance to work out payment and that someone would call me later that day to follow up on my appointment. Nobody ever did. I never got the antibiotics I needed but thankfully a home remedy eventually worked to rid myself of the pain I was experiencing. I called 4 times in the 2 weeks after the appointment. 3 times someone answered the phone, I explained what happened and was told someone would call me back. That appointment was on March 1 and I still have yet to be called back. Safe to say I will not be returning.
