Very incompetent, feeble minded, and uncaring staff. If you don’t know what you’re doing or make a mistake in something you said less than 5 minutes ago apologize for it.. don’t try to cover it up.. terrible customer service. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

I have an ongoing treatment at this office. So far they have cancelled 2 appointments in 2 weeks. The outcome of my treatment is up in the air. Disappointing so far.

Worst telephone machine ever. Forget reaching them by phone for an inquiry. I get an earful about careers with Aspen, and other administrative crap. I just want a human to answer a question I had about their office.

Worst possible place to schedule a dentist appointment. Wait an hour for them to tell me I couldn’t get a cleaning because I had to do a new patient exam. This place sucks!
