Great people. Showed me what should be done. The financing options and didn't attempt to guilt me into anything. First consultation with x-rays was FREE. I paid absolutely nothing when I left. They didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. (So there was not making up procedures to be done) but I can make payments on a balance where I can't with the dentist I've been to before! Thank you!

Very impressed. My first experience with Dr. Mitchell. Like Dr. T, she is professional, knowledgeable, and has a good bedside manner. The x-ray tech and dental hygienist were excellent. The clinic is spotless, and workflow has been optimized to balance quality of care with efficiency. This clinic could serve as a model for healthcare delivery.

Aspen Dental dentists and staff have been absolutely wonderful with me! They handled a particularly difficult bridge for me in a relatively short amount of time with relatively little discomfort. I love this place and this is coming from a person who generally never liked going to the dentist. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who needs any type of dental work! Dental Hygienist, Paula, demonstrates utmost professionalism and commitment to patient care. She thoroughly explains my procedure and changes to home dental hygiene. I was definitely more confident with my smiles when I left!

The staff that worked with me was very nice, and I think each one done their job. However I don't think the Doctors cared one bit about what I said. When asked if I liked the way the denture fit, I replied that it was horrible and I would rather use the old one instead of theirs. The Dr. said "you have to try it and it should be alright". I feel like I totally got ripped off, and they treated me different cause I had no insurance. But I did pay cash and paid in full.

Today, my mother in law went into Aspen Dental for a tooth repair and was treated horribly. She is Korean and felt that the office staff was mocking and condescending to her because of her nationality. She waited and waited in pain and felt that if she was white that she would have been treated faster and with respect. This is unacceptable and should never happen. Please note that she NEVER complains about these things so I know that it was bad. Please teach your office staff how to respect others or you will not be in business for long.

From the office staff, xray tech, dental assistant to Dr.Tesene. They were very kind, accommodating and professional. I thank them so much for working me in for my dental emergency. I highly reccomend them. .

Everyone I had contact with was very friendly and informative of my appointment. I had a great first experience with Aspen and will be coming back!

My wife broke off a tooth this afternoon and we were given a 4:15 appt at the Mills Civic location. We drove the 70 miles, arriving at 3:45. My wife was told no dentist was available and to drive to the Ankeny location by 4:30. No directions, just a street address (SE Delaware). We couldn't find it in time and were told they would only hold the 4:30 appt for 10 minutes past 4:30. Thanks for absolutely nothing. 188 mile trip wasted. We promise not to bother you again.

All staff was beyond friendly and helpful.. the dentist makes me nervous for many reasons.. these guys were understanding nonjudgmental and very helpful! They did a great job thank you!
