Went in because I knew my tooth was cracked, and probably needed an extraction, was an emergency appointment,after they do all the test and hurt my tooth more I’m told they can’t treat it until I have payment in full for services, I have good insurance and 95% of the visit would have been covered (meaning they would have made 4 times the amount of my co-pay with out my payment) why would you cause more pain with out saying up front payment due before services, no bill me later option, please be weary of this as I’m sitting here crying trying to find help and everything is closed… had not been to the dentist in years and this was a reminder of why…

I hadn't been to the dentist for many years after having a few bad experiences resulting in dental phobia. After a friend recommended Dr. Shamblott, i have to say he has restored my faith and confidence in dentistry. The staff are AMAZING and everyone really cares about your experience, making sure you are comfortable and well informed. I highly recommend Shamblott Family Dentistry to anyone who has avoided the dentist for one reason or another. And because i was so impressed I am actually looking forward to my next dental cleaning!!

I'm writing this review the day after I had a back molar removed - AND I'M NOT IN ANY PAIN! Doc Shamblott ensured I felt no pain during the procedure & set me up afterwards so that I'm back to work no problem the very next day. He's also great at checking in with you during procedure to ensure you are doing all right, for those of you that are too shy to say so.

My hygienist remembers everything about me. She even remembered I was being treated for Thyroid issues and asked me about it. I don’t care if she jots it all down or just has a memory as fine as an elephant - but it means a lot. She has “my pillow” and “my headphones” ready for me. She numbs my gums up if they are sore - she doesn’t judge me because I haven’t been on top of my tooth care lately because I have mental health issues. She sees me - and takes care of me like I’m her best friend. For as long as I can, I won’t go anywhere else for dental care.

A lifesave for folks with anxiety. I have pretty severe dental anxiety and because of the care at Shamblott, I have been going here for about 2 years and I'm finally consistently seeing a dentist. I went in this weekend to get some fillings done and had a full blown panic attack at the start of the session. Dr Shamblott handled it well and I was able to relax enough to try the nitrous oxide which helped significantly. I made it through the rest of the appointment with no panic, which is miraculous! I have always been treated with compassion and patience which helps my anxiety significantly. I have had great experiences with every dentist I've seen here and the hours are fantastic. I highly recommend!!

This is the most amazing dental office. They are kind and listen to your needs and fears. I had to have 2 root canals and 2 crowns and it was amazing. Not a pain during or after. The hygienist who did my deep cleaning was kind and did such a great job. For having a fear of the dentist they don’t judge and they take that into consideration. From the front desk all the way to the dentist. Would refer to everyone I know!

Went in for my 6 months cleaning and my hygienist Justin was amazing as he always is. By far the best I've ever had. Dr. Shamblott is the best dentist I've ever been to and I would highly recommend this practice. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. I no longer dread going to the dentist!

The staff is nice and friendly. Dr.Robert H. Did an amazing job taking out my wisdomless tooth. I will go back th have the other 2 taken out soon. Best of all they were there when i was in pain with short notice. He gave me his cell so i was able to change Rx abx to liquid.
