Shamblott Family Dentistry has been my dentist since the early 2000s and I am still just as happy with the staff and service as I was on day one. I love my hygienist, Anne. She makes every visit welcoming and comfortable. She provides honest and helpful feedback/tips to keep my teeth and gums in the best shape. Dentist Claudia is amazing! I rarely ever need procedures done on my teeth other than routine cleanings but when I do, I feel lucky to have Claudia and the Shamblott team.

Everything about this dental clinic is first class - from the inviting atmosphere to the professionalism of all staff, my family is at ease in their care. I trust Dr. Shamblott’s recommendations; he is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I love that the clinic is impeccably clean (finally an office that truly disinfects everything between patients!). I also appreciate their efforts to accommodate emergency appointments. I haven’t met the other dentists at the practice, but have no doubt they are excellent as well.

Hello, thank you for taking such good care of my daughter for her root canal and IV sedation dentistry. You scheduled her quickly and were thorough and efficient in your care. My only suggestion would be to have the doctor or the anesthetist performing general sedation to meet with the parent or caretaker to help answer any last minute questions or to alleviate concerns/anxiety on the day of the procedure rather than just bringing the minor child into the dental suite. Thank you again for your assistance, I would recommend you to others with similar dental needs.

New patient here and had a good first impression, receptionist was kind and welcoming, easy check-in with the ipad even though I'm not the greatest with tech. They wiped dwon the ipads after they were turned back in - THANK YOU for that. I was very worried ahead of this appointment because I haven't been seen by a dentist in 16 years, and have anxiety, but it was a positive experience. Had x-rays and was seen very promptly by the Dr. even though I was a wait list/fit in for a broken tooth. Since luckily I don't have pain or an additional crack or other problems in the broken tooth, I decided to make another appointment to have the crown work done, so was scheduled in two business days, which is excellent. They would have been able to do it today in between other appointments, but it was my decision to go back another day for the main work so I wouldn't have to extend today's visit. It was all an easy process, everyone was kind and professional and the price quote was as expected. Thank you all.

Dr. Robert & the staff at the St. Paul location are incredibly kind, and gentle. It had been over a year since my last visit to the dentist and they were honest and real with me the entire time. I felt as if I had been a patient of theirs for years. I'm thankful for this location being so close to my house, but more so really professional and welcoming.

I was pleased with all aspects of my appointment today. As a new patient with a dental emergency I found the service and care to be excellent. Referral to a specialist for consult was seamless. I will be returning to the office for necessary work on my dental problem and am planning to have the Shamblott Family continue as my primary dental care provider.

My experience at Shamblott is always pleasant when it comes to interacting with the staff and the quality of my care by the hygienist and doctor. My only complaint is that being a cash patient when I go to pay for my services at the end of my visit and hand over the cash the staff always looks at me like I am from another planet. They have no idea what to do with the cash, it takes for ever for them to count it, document the payment and if I need change, they have to get a special person with a special key to access some cash and sometimes they can't even make change for me. Being a cash patient I like to take advantage of getting the discount when paying in full right away, but I don't understand why Shamblott offers this option if they are not set up to handle the cash in a timely manner. Other then that Shamblott is a great place for your dental care!
