Every single person I encountered at Shamblott Family Dentistry was exceptionally kind, respectfully, and understanding. They took excellent care of me from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with my choice to have the dentists and assistants at Shamblott care for me and my teeth. Thank you so much for your prompt, caring, and excellent service. I've already been singing your praises in the community and will continue to recommend your clinic to everyone I see. Thanks again for everything!

I have had two root canals and multiple fillings here. The exception to this one star is the cleaning tech Justin. He was literally the only positive and calming person in that place. This is not a calming environment good for dental phobia like they advertise. It has a very commercial feel for example waiting 30 minutes sometimes an hour even after you are in the chair because the dentist is juggling multiple patients. The only thing is that laughing gas is free but they shame you when you ask to use it and make it feel like it's a hassle. It feels like it's about making money. Think about it.... How many dentists have actual commercials? Also most of the time the reciptionists seem crabby. Granted I get it they probably get angry people ect but the whole vibe is affected when you have to check in or worse call about financial or treatment questions. The last straw for me was when I had a filling fall out during the pandemic. I called and was told I simply come in when I feel comfortable and that there's a warranty for several years and that it's covered. So I didn't worry. Little did I know you have to have all your cleanings done and you have to make an appointment and pay for it so the dentist can make sure it's nothing you did. Then they determine if this covered. The receptionist was so rude and didn't give me any information on what they are doing on the cleaning span because of covid. It's pretty bad practice if you make the patient pay before knowing if it's covered. That appointment should be free and then if it's not covered you pay to have it fixed. At this point I was ready to transfer care and simply wanted them to fix the shoddy work they did on my tooth. Well I have an appointment coming up and I am no longer going to recieve care from them. I suggest you do the same.

Less than 2 months ago I would not smile. My fear of dentists was decades old. I went in to Shamblott family dentistry as a result of seeing the ads on TV and the desire to have a nice smile. From my first appointment on I was greeted with a sincere desire to help me by everyone from the receptionist Ann, the office manager Amy, the technician Faith (among other wonderful techs) to Dr Shamblott himself. I was never made to feel ashamed and my strong gag reflex was met with understanding and encouragement which I believe helped me conquer it. I had multiple extractions and dentures put in immediately and Dr Shamblott and his staff have been with me every step of the way. I cannot recommend Shamblott Family Dentistry enough. I will be forever grateful for the care I received and the beautiful smile I now have. Thank you so much. ☺

They were amazing, first off I was dying of tooth pain I called a bunch of offices snd said I had insurance and I was willing to pay same day, I was turned down a bunch all the while still writhing in oral pain. Front desk ladies super nice and kinda funny. I acted like a big baby but they worked with me(I’m 25).

I love Dr Scott Shamblott!! It's the first time in my life (I'm 65) where I actually go to my appointments, in the past I've been so scared I cancel - I've gone 10+ years without seeing a dentist twice. They are so caring, tell you exactly what they're doing before they do it. You won't regret going to Shamblott Dentistry!

I had a toothache and really dislike going to the Dentist. I called Shamblott Family Dentistry because I heard of them on myTalk107.1. When I called I explained that it was extremely painful and would love to get in as soon as possible. I was planning on receiving a date to go, but to my surprise she told me to come straight in that morning. I had found out that my old crown came lose and now I needed a root canal as well. Dr. Claudia worked on my tooth that day and the experience itself was beyond what I had expected. She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything that she was doing to me and checked in with me to make sure "I " was comfortable. I have never had a dental experience like that before. They took their time with me and not only that, but the crown they had to replace was SO much better than my last one. Dr. Claudia was on maternity leave when I returned to get my new crown put in and I saw Dr. Shamblott. He too was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. There entire staff was extraordinary from the minute they greeted me to the time I paid. They took the time to get it PERFECT and I can guarantee I will never go anywhere else but there. Worst dentist experience ever. Charged me more money ($300) a month later saying my insurance didnt cover it. Ive never had a dentist office come back saying i owe them more money.

Most painful dentist experience, couldnt adjust my bite the first time and made multiple trips back to get this correct. Was in pain for weeks! Couldnt bite down or eat food properly for a while. His solution was to just keep prescribing me pain pills....no thanks. Never had this worse of an experience for a root canal.

Scott took care of my dental emergency same day, did an outstanding job! Very friendly,, I've since been back for cleaning Sara is awesome! Will ask for her again, I've since had 2 different dentists both were great! Painless, really good at the local shots as well if your afraid of needles. Highly quality dental care! The office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about insurance. They will be my first choice for dental needs. Thanks, I highly recommend.

I have had good service here in the past. Since opening a new location in St. Paul, I had a previously scheduled appointment cancelled. My new appointment matched me with a new hygienist and dentist. The new hygienist did her best, but needed support that made the appointment less than efficient. If quality of care cannot be maintained at your offices, then don't open new offices.

I have enjoyed the services I have received from this establishment since my first visit in 2017 which stemmed from an emergency. My Dentist, Claudia is fantastic as the hygienists and front desk staff are welcoming.
Today visit was no different than previous ones. Same great services and friendly staff.
