I used to HATE Dentists! I used to fear Dentists. I have been ripped off, over charged and put through a ton of pain. That all changed today. This was the best Dentist visit I have ever had. The best treatment, no pain, none. Not to mention they are working closely with my insurance to make this the most affordable solution for me. If you want the BEST, this is the place to go.

Not at all impressed with Dr. Shamblott. Not personable at all, compassion-less, cold and robotic. Uncomfortable from the moment he walked into the room. His staff was nice, however, I feel completely scammed by this office. Not once, did anyone I spoke with on the phone prior to the appointment or at anytime during registration, let me know this diagnostic was not free, since apparently I had been seen there once, YEARS ago, for another emergency situation. They knew I was coming in for an emergency evaluation. I HAVE dental insurance (not accepted at this office), I HAVE a regular dentist, and I clearly explained prior to making the appointment, that my dentist would not be available for the next two weeks, which was the reason I needed this diagnostic asap, in order to get the ball rolling in his absence. Why would I go there and pay out of pocket when I could have had the same thing done at my own dentist's office, covered by my insurance? Time was of the essence here and they knew that from the time I made the appointment. It was only at the very end of the appointment when they mentioned I owed more money than my rent, for this diagnostic assessment. I will absolutely never visit this office again. Dental work is a complete scam to begin with, (hello? I can get a complex heart surgery covered by insurance, if need be, but I can't get a crown?) - it was dentists who wrecked our teeth with these toxic amalgam fillings of yesteryear, and now dentists expect us to pay an arm and a leg to repair the "work" they did that ruined our teeth in the first place!

I was so worried about Covid and having my dental appointment but I was put at ease!! I had a filling and a mouth guard impression in and out in 45 minutes. I was explained everything before it happened. My family has gone here for over 8 years and they still amaze me with their kindness and sevice!! Thank you to the whole team at Shamblot Dentistry Hopkins!!

This office is the best. I went there for an emergency appointment and they got me in quickly. Everyone there was kind and caring. The Doctor was gentle and explained everything to me. I get very nervous when I have to go to the dentist but I don't think that will be a problem now that I've found this office of amazing people.

They were super understanding about my daughter's phobia about going to the dentist. It was so awesome how kind and patient they were with her. Not like other dentist I have been to that have sent her away cause they don't want to take the time. So I definitely recommend them if you have fear of dentist.

Went here for what I thought was a dental emergency. Front desk worker is honest and will guid you in the right direction. The dentist himself answered all my questions and made my visit there very good. I wish I would have gone here for cleanings instead of the main dentist I use.

Best dental office I've ever used. We love Dr. Shamblott and our excellent hygienist Anne. Highly recommended. The staff is adept at accessing my insurance and ascertaining what is available. And this is painless dentistry.

The staff and Dr Shamblott are extremely helpful and friendly. They made every part of my appointment and subsequent surgery as relaxed and stress free as possible. The prices and the fact that they do not ever overcharge or charge for new patient X-rays/exam is above and beyond wonderful. I am a new loyal patient. 😁

I've been in horrible, unimaginable pain from a rotting wisdom tooth that needed to come out ASAP, very unexpectedly, but now I'm on my path to relief and it couldn't have been smoother thanks to Shamblott's staff. I was really scared, because I've never gotten anything like this done before, and they made me feel so safe and comfortable. Really all of them are angels to me. I will be coming to them for all of my dental care from here on.

I know that they had to work me into a very busy schedule, esp. w/ Dr. Shamblott gone, but, as a dental phobe, it was somewhat disconcerting when the dentist never actually gave me the chance to see her face to face, except with glasses and face mask on. Just a quick eye to eye intro would have helped reduce my anxiety. The tech did do her best to keep me calm before the dentist came in, which was much appreciated.
