While I can't imagine anyone enjoys a Monday morning Emergency Root Canal, I can say that everyone at Shamblott Family Dentistry made it more bearable. Throughout the process I met no fewer than 7 professionals and that was how they were--professional! And friendly and understanding. Their concern with my comfort and pain management for after the procedure far exceeded that of my previous dentist. That makes a huge difference. Thanks Doctor Scott and staff!

After a long time of not seeing a dentist, they made me feel comfortable and there was no guilt trip about the length of time. Every staff member made me feel welcome and made sure I understood everything that was going to be done. Highly recommended this clinic for those with dental anxiety or those just looking for a great experience.
I have recently been bringing my kids to Shamblott now. Besides the fact that the blonde with glasses at the front desk constantly makes you feel like your stupid (two separate encounters now), I do enjoy the rest of the staff's professionalism. They were running about an hour behind in appointments and I felt shuffled out the door. Hoping the next visit will be better.

I told the staff I wanted to write an honest review. The team at Shamblott is amazing. They are professional and polite, but also make you feel warm and welcome. Special shout out to Rachel who was my assistant when I went in for Xrays. She was awesome, and her story of how she started there is amazing. I usually dread going to the dentist but she made it worth it. I know she's newer to the team but I can tell you she's gonna go places. I really appreciated getting to know her a little while I was there and hope to have her assist me again should I ever need to go back.
The scheduling staff did everything in their power to get me seen that same day, and Dr. Claudia was amazing. Admittedly it was the first time I've been told I have a small mouth, and I'm sure my father would disagree. Her assistant (sorry, forgot the name) was also great. She gave me a lot of good options and answered all of my questions.
I believe it was Lisa from the team who called me to schedule appointments. She was incredibly helpful and made me feel like I knew I made the right choice.
All in all, I can't recommend this team more, as everyone who played a part was great. So thanks for making a painful experience a little less painful.

Dr. Shamblott and his staff are awesome! I had not gone to the dentist for quite a while due to bad experiences, but now go every six months thanks to the care and professionalism of Shamblott Family Dentistry.
I had some major work performed under sedation by Dr. Shamblott recently (4 wisdom teeth pulled, plus 2 root canals and crowns... all at the same time) and he made it a great experience. Before the surgery they gave detailed information on what to expect so I had less anxiety, plus fit me in for follow up visits to ensure I was healing well. The tooth pain came on suddenly so they even adjusted their scheduling to fit me in before my upcoming wedding/honeymoon (it was 3 weeks away!). All the procedures went perfectly and I healed quickly. I was ready for the wedding and honeymoon pain free!
I will recommend Shamblott Family Dentistry to anyone who needs dental work performed (or even a routine cleaning) as they are true professionals.

I really wished I'd have gone there years ago when I left my previous dentist. They have been great through a few chips I've had to get fixed, and the cleaning was as good as it could have been considering. My partner had a few emergency root canals, same day, on a weekend, which was amazing for them. I recommend Shanblott to friends.

Very friendly receptionist. I like it when businesses are straight forward with coverage etc. The dental hygienist was too chatty, rough, and doesn't listen when her patient is in pain or uncomfortable. They also recommend everyone get a crown.... very pricey. 😟

The check in process is tedious and repetitive. I had to read and sign 5 different things. A photo
ID was required even though I have been a patient for several years. The actual dental care was excellent.
