I have not heard any details about my teeth or see the x-ray of my teeth, nothing explains to me and I have no idea how many major need to be done and how many minor need to be done on my teeth, all I was told was that (you have good insurance and we will take care of you) why? Was it because I am a minority that why nothing was explained to me instead of telling me that I have good insurance and I will be taking care of?. When I saw the t v commercial and when I read on line about this clinic I thought I would find a good dentist, but when I came it was not what I expected. I fells that this dentist only care about their business not their patients.

My anxiety isn't about getting procedures done, it's about getting lectured for not taking better care of my teeth. Staff is professional, friendly, and informative, and most of all non-judgemental.

Such great staff! We have a 5 year old and 3 year old and they love going to the dentist! That's only because of the great staff and making the appointment FUN! They tell the kids everything they are about to do and let them be hands on with the dental equipment, so they are the "helpers". Can't say enough about all of the staff and doctors! We love Shamblott!

Shamblott Dental is indeed a pleasant office. I went to this clinic because they could get me in right away to repair a tooth that the filling had fallen out of. I made it clear I wanted the tooth filled and since it was out of pocket a Crown was not in my future. After an exam and xray they announced they would not fill the tooth. It didn't take anything but a look to see the filling was large. All their work was on the house but it was a waist of my time and their time and money. Puzzled. I do not understand the medical world.

I had an emergency with one of my back tooth about 3 weeks back and they were able to see me the same day. I had to get some work done and they were able to schedule it right away! I absolutely loved how Dr. Liz handled my painful situation. She (and the staff) were very pleasant to work with. They answered all my questions and concerns very professionally.

I had such a pleasure and pleasant visit with Ashlynn the hygienist & Dentist I forgot but her last name started with a C! Oh my gosh! Tanisha is always so kind and so great to talk to! They make you feel right at home! Such great employees there and Ashlynn was super sweet , so funny and so down to earth! Makes me want to see her again and makes it super nice to come to the dentist! You have a gem there with those two!!!! Keep up the maxi work that you do Ashlynn and Dr. C I’ll say! Makes coming to the dentist a breeze!!!! Kudos to the Minnetonka office!

Shamblott more like ShamWOW they've helped me with so many things, from cleaning my teeth, getting an implant, to getting my wisdom teeth removed. They've done an outstanding job each and everytime. These people try their hardest to make sure the patient is in secure hands and will have a good experience, I was afraid of going to the dentist after a long history of having some bad ones, but Shamblott has made a mile stone. He always asks if you're comfortable and will put the patient's happy well-being first above everything else, and he will make sure you're calm and happy before doing anything, he will also ask many times if you're okay and he will stop if you feel discomfort. I love going here. I'll always pick Shamblott over any dentistry they are the place if you're looking for a dentist that cares and will do a 100% great job on your dental needs I highly recommend this place.!

I have been going to Shamblott for over 3 years now. Last year I referred my husband to them. They told us on the 24th Dec that we would be covered by insurance for a root canal and a crown. We went in on the 26th for the root canal. AFTER the procedure they told us it would cost $450 out of pocket. When we said we were not able to pay that they said it would cost $515 if we didn’t come in to get the crown placed. I really like Dr. Shamblott and all the Dental Assistants are awesome, but their billing practices need to be reviewed so people aren’t cheated into paying for procedures they can’t afford.

Excellent service. Staff was very friendly and my wait time was short. Dr. Shamblott carefully explained what he was going to do before each step of the exam and why. Afterwards he used models to demonstrate what he had found and how he wanted to treat it in a way that was easy to understand. His office admin provided a detailed cost estimate including my expected out of pocket. It was a very comfortable and reassuring experience from start to finish. Highly recommended 👍
