I was truly impressed with how the staff was able to accommodate me with my schedule. They were proficient and professional. Dr. Shamblott was careful to explain the procedure. I left his office without a shred of doubt that my needs were going to be meet.
Dr Shamblott is a true gentleman, and a person that I have no problem suggesting go to. I was very fearful myself about going to a dentist from a bad experience with other dentist's, He is very polite person,fun to be with and that being said,I am confident of him.

I would highly recommend Shamblott Family Dentistry. I had avoided dental treatment for a few years after a bad experience at a different establishment and had a lot of anxiety prior to my appointment but the Shamblott team instantly put my ease. I never felt fearful or shamed at any point during my consult or treatment. Schedules were even adjusted to get me seen for additional treatments sooner. Special shout outs for Justin who was patient, thorough and funny (especially helpful as a distraction from feeling any discomfort) and Dr. Claudia whom I can tell truly cares about the well being of and providing the best results for every patient she treats.

I have been going to Shamblott dentistry for number of years. All my experiences have been positive. The environment is friendly. The administrative staff is excellent. Besides the obvious benefits that come from a competent group of dentists and hygienists, I cannot say enough good things about the administrative support. All the paperwork associated with my dental insurance is handled without a hitch. The scheduling of my appointments is convenient. The support staff is always at the ready to remind me of my upcoming appointments. When there is a scheduling conflict, they are there to accommodate. Shamblott dentistry is the best all around.
In addition to all this, they find the time and have the interest to help those less fortunate. They provide dental care to those who cannot afford it. Dr. Shamblott is a pillar of the community.

I called them based on their commercials. Without even knowing my name, the woman that answered the phone said it would be $250 up front. They didn't even know what I needed done. I have amazing insurance but they refused to even schedule an appointment without $250 up front. I thought that was so weird and the woman didn't even care. It was a blessing in disguise though, because I found the BEST dentist with the friendliest staff closer to home. I'm so glad I never scheduled at Shambott.

In all my 72 years, I have never had a more pleasant experience at a dentist. From the nurses to the Doctors, everyone was gracious, helpful, efficient and personable. They treated me with respect and acted as if I was the only one that mattered. And the best part; once a year they do what they call "Operation Open Wide",, which is totally free for veterans. I got totally free dentures.What more can I say, except "Check them Out" and, why don't more Dentists do this for veterans.

It was a great experience, wonderfully clean environment, up to date equipment, and friendly physicians. I have EXTREME anxiety when it comes to the dentist but this atmosphere made me feel mostly at ease. Im in the process of seeing if my insurance will cover my work from them, if so I'll graciously go back and refer my family and friends to them for their dental needs.
