They were pretty good. They were able to fit me in on short notice and they were short staffed. They did x Ray's and ran me through what I needed done and it was all free because i didnt have insurance. The only problem was that they made me wait close to 30 minutes just to get my referral and leave.

I am very happy with my experience at Aspen Dental. It was my first time getting work done on my teeth at Aspen and so happy that they were able to get me in so quickly. I will never go to anyone else for my dental care and highly recommend them.

This office is everything you want at a dentist office. The dentists are great and very gentle. The hygienists take their time and make you feel comfortable. The girls at the front desk **Tracy and Nicole** are amazing. My family loves this office!!

Staff was great, priced well. Wisdom removal developed dry socket and bad case of cellulitis resulting in ER visits and large hospital bill. Get pre prescribed antibiotics if getting many extractions simultaneously.

It was my first visit to Aspen Dental - Plattsburgh, NY. They now have a new patient...I was very happy A to Z with all staff, pricing and facilities. Thank you in particular to Gretchen. 5 minutes after leaving this first appointment, I called my former dental office to close my file there.

Aspen provided me with the speed and pain free (almost) procedure that I was looking for. They pulled six teeth in about fifteen minutes. Most of the appointment was spent waiting for the numbness to take place. I would recommend Aspen to anyone who needed precise timing and ease of scheduling appointments.
