My husband went in to Aspen for the first time today. The staff were great in helping to schedule the appointment. Wait time was only ten minutes which we appreciated. Everyone on staff treated him like a valued patient. They were all very knowledgeable and understanding of his needs. The exam and consultation were very thorough and they fully explained procedures needed. Their prices were fair for the services needed and his upcoming appointment was scheduled next month. All the staff were professional and kind. We highly recommend their dental facility in Plattsburgh.

We waited for over an hour just to have xrays read. We are only attempting to switch dentists and have no dental issues. Our sons are recieving ortho care, and very well monitored. Originally when we scheduled our family appointments (months in advance) we were under the impression that we would be getting cleanings. Instead we only recieved xrays and a consultant. We are now expected to wait more than 6 months to recieve a cleaning, as they only have one hygenist and one dentist!??? No thank you it feels like a waste of time.

The front desk customer service was awesome. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They clearly are well organized in a very busy, non-stop environment.
The dentist was very professional, clear, and didn’t oversell me on any products, even though I was seeking one. I will definitely go to him again.
The only reason for 4 stars is that the company doesn’t schedule cleanings before/right after check ups. This is something I have been looking forward to. It wasn’t even an option with scheduler for new appointments. I now need to go in two weeks later which is a bummer because I am so busy professionally.

I had a pretty bad toothache I was up all night. I called aspen dental there were fully booked. I talked to Casey and she said she would talk to the doctor for me and call me back. They called me back after a few hours and Gretchen said to be down there for 3 o'clock. As fully booked they were, they made time to help me which was much appreciated. They were awesome as usual.
