I like this place. Their equipment is modern and new. The office itself looks nice and is clean. Everyone I've dealt with is friendly. I got a filling done there recently and it took the doctor 3 minutes. Last place I went in Plattsburgh it took half an hour. Plus they were nice enough to place numbing gel on my gums before injecting the novicane so it didn't hurt.
My advice is to get a full description of charges before you let them do anything and verify what will be covered by your insurance. They're far too eager to make you get your work done asap. Still, it's a good office with good hygienists and doctors. Definitely the best I've found in Plattsburgh.
An update. I had another set of fillings done. The doctor I believed rushed the procedure because that night, I found I couldn't floss between 2 of my teeth. Most dentists I've been to check the gap between teeth after fillings with a piece of floss. Maybe it's a one time mistake, but I'm a little wary of their doctor quality now. The gap did resolve itself after a couple days so I guess all is well. Still, I've never had that happen before.

Push unnecessary procedures, not personable at all. I went in for a cleaning which didnt happen because they wanted to do a "deep clean" instead which would have cost an extra 300. I requested to just do the cleaning that was covered and they wouldnt. Very disappointed.

Dr Bakeer has horrible "customer service," or bedside manner, or whatever you call it in the dentistry business. She talks down to you and was very rude. My first appointment with her lead to me leaving the office, crying. Due to her, and her alone, I will no longer go to Aspen Dental, even if they give me a different dentist.
