Usually good but they frequently have out of network dentists coming through that have sent us down the insurance claim rabbit hole a few times with initially declined claims. They really need to get a better grip on their insurance procedures and tell you when the provider is not covered.

I'm sold on ASPEN dental in Plattsburgh! Hands down! The staff is absolutely incredible!! I love the staff!! Especially the girl at the front desk named Tracy. She made you feel so welcomed and so comfortable!!!
Dr. Adams was my dentist! He is AMAZING!!! I have always been scared going to the dentist when I was younger and even as an adult. Dr. Adam's made sure I was ok the whole time. He talked me through the whole procedure on what he needed to do to fill my cavity!! I'm absolutely amazed by this team!! If you go to Aspen, and you nervous like me... Ask for Dr. Adam's! You will be so happy! I promise!!

I’m so pleased with the Plattsburgh office. They were prompt in getting me an appointment. The entire staff were polite, caring, and professional. It’s nice to make an appointment and not have to wait a lengthy time to see someone. They are all positive and welcoming.

Safe environment for those worried about COVID. Hygienist is amazing! Pleasant, thorough and so qualified! Tracie at the front desk is the perfect person to greet the people and address any concerns. Aspen fortunate to have these ladies in their Plattsburgh office.

The folks at Aspen Dental were so very nice, considerate, and professional. My only issue with this facility/practice is that they do not provide molar root canals. Molar root canals have to be scheduled elsewhere, which for me meant several more days with a painful tooth.

We are both retired and have had many years of experience with different dentists, dental offices and hygienists. Aspen is truly the most efficient, friendly and knowledgeable office we have ever encountered. The hygienists and dentist are top-notch and really take their time to ensure they provide the best service possible. The appointment scheduling is excellent with very, very little waiting-room time (if any) before your appointment. They are the best!!

This is a very busy office, but very professional. No matter what your dental needs are, they will never make you feel less than totally welcome and at ease. Their work is excellent. If you're like me, and nearly terrified of the thought of going to the dentist, you will feel completely at ease here.

Really liked how nice and caring they were. Didn't wait long to get in and taken care off. Only little thing that bothered me was the women dentist can't remember her name but was very pushy when she was asking when I was available to another appointment.I had to take a minute to think of my schedule because I had other appointments throughout the week, school, and work as well and she kept asking and asking.

I had gone there for my appointment a few days ago. When I walked in the front desk was very friendly and inviting however when I had got called into the room and I sat in the dentist chair. The dentist came in no hello, no welcoming nothing. Then when I had told him what was going on the dentist was asking the nurse Right in front of me questions regarding my issue RED FLAG. So I proceeded to let him check me out and the nurse then began telling me things and the dentist began telling me thing both conflicted each other another RED FLAG. I was told then the oral surgeon was going to be there but I wasn’t allowed to speak to them and had to make an appointment but the oral surgeon was there in his office not with any patients. Then the dentist say okay your done well the nurse in stead of putting the dentist chair up tips it back almost making me fall backwards out of the chair. After I get up I get taken to the “pay office” I get told to sit in the chair and wait so I’m waiting 15 min go by she finally calls me and begins to tell me that my insurance is only covering so much when I just went to another dentist and it was covered 100% and then I even called the insurance company and I was told I was covered 100%. So after that she proceeded to tell well she didn’t know about my insurance. I then get asked to schedule an appointment with the oral surgeons but there not flexible to schedules and they only come once a month on there time. So I nicely got up asked for my stuff and left. I will say NEVER!!!! GO TO ASPEN DENTAL if you want a butcher then go but there not dentists that’s for sure especially if you have to ask your nurse questions and YOUR THE DOCTOR. Needless to say I will never step foot in that place again.

I made an appointment over the phone as a new patient got told since it was an emergency they would gladly do an emergency extraction today since my tooth broke got there waited 45 minutes past my appointment time x-rays went fine get into the room and the dentist did the exam said I needed a deep clean and that he was not doing my extraction. Then had the nerve to set me up for a deep clean that I rejected. The dental assistants were talking about me loud enough so I could hear what they were saying it wasn’t very nice. NEVER GOING BACK!!! Terrible place!!
