Like most people I hate to go to the dentist! I am happy to say that my my visit to the Plattsburgh office was a good experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. While I can't say I will be looking forward to visiting again - I can say that I won't dread going! Would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I would give 5 stars except for one thing- the Dr didn’t introduce himself and only said hi when he was standing behind me. Although his skills are far more important, and he was working cementing in a crown in for me, he didn’t talk to me at all about my dentures I’m getting lol. I’m still getting them, so maybe we’ll talk then.
On the other hand, Gretchen was super nice and gentle making my impressions. And the girl that checked me out was absolutely perfect.

I wouldn’t recommend them unless you want to be played around with even with insurance I was required to pay at least 60% to the full amount of my portion of the co-pay I paid in full for my dental work and they refused to fix the tooth that is causing me pain for over a month refuse to try to fit it in anywhere When I initially called them I was that in pain and they told me to come right in so they could do an exam and x-rays and they would get it all taken care of quickly.I scheduled my appointment for a convenient time they called and asked me to go in earlier so they had to Do the work so I took time off off of work went in for a five minute appointment waited over a half hour to find out what the estimation would be paid in full for the appointment. Then was told about how long of a wait it would be I called today to see if there’s anyway they could get me in earlier and I was informed that if I change my appointment they wouldn’t schedule me another one until after January of next year so I will stay in pain for the next month but after that I will find a real dentist office does care about whether their patients are in pain or not and not only worried about a nickel and dimes to get every appointment out of you they possibly can . I have been to many dentists in our local area and none of them are as inconsiderate as what I found this dentist office to be very unimpressed

Your staff is AWESOME! It had been awhile since I had dental work and was embarrassed by the condition of my remaining teeth! Your staff was very supportive and made me feel very comfortable. I now look forward to getting my "new" teeth in a few weeks. Thank you again, Aspen Dental!

Our regular dentist wouldn't take my husband in for a tooth ache he had for a month. They were going to make him wait for another month after begging them to help him.My husband was taken in on a timely basis. He was in and out within 40 minutes. X-ray, insurance approval, tooth extraction, and after care instructions. Everyone was very pleasant and cheerful despite all the concerns around covid 19.

I have never been so pleased with any health care facility. They have my business and I will always advocate for this business and staff!

I was visiting a friend in Peru, NY when my tooth broke. It was quite painful and I needed to have it attended to right away. I called Aspen Dental and they were able to fit me in that same day.
The staff at the Plattsburgh office were very professional but seemed rushed. This was a Monday so it might have been their usual busy day after a weekend. I was told the tooth needed to be extracted.
The dentist who performed the extraction was brusque and curt. There was no attempt to explain the procedure to me, especially when the numbing medication was injected. I was obviously nervous, but he did not stop to reassure me. He seemed very rushed as well.
After the procedure I was given gauze and a handout. There was the briefest of instructions for aftercare told to me.
While I am very grateful that Aspen could give me an appointment right away for my dental emergency, I wish it had been a better experience.

Will never go back schedule my appointments then want payment before they do any work what a joke and the office manager was just plain rude
