I was in need of immediate dental attention! The girl at the front desk went out of her way to assist me! She went to the back to talk to the lab tech and came back and reassured me that I would be taken care of that day! The care was quality care! I plan on going back for further treatment! I was treated with utmost respect and professionalism

Tracey the receptionist proceeded to speak in a condescending tone when asked about our hour late wait time for my sons oral surgery and in fact made a “pssst” sound loudly for the waiting room to hear when I asked for a more clear idea of a further wait (shortly vs another hour). She is initially kind but when asked any questions that she doesn’t have the answer to she is incredibly rude.
I understand staffing issues but any professional practice or office should be more selective in their “front of house” staff they are the front doors to your business. If it wasn’t for the clinical staff I would have discontinued my relationship with them a few years ago. She is poor at best.

Wanted a partial replaced in a tight time window. Initial exam and X-rays showed a lot more needed which was explained and offered. Declined additional work because of time and money constraints and dentist and team focused on my wishes without pressure or guilt trip. Lost a filling day before work was to be done and at final appt asked if it could be addressed at that time. Dentist added it to his list and took care of it like it was on his schedule. No pain. Patient oriented. Very happy w completed partial and essential prep work. Dentist was young but highly skilled. Whole team was good at what they do.

If I could give them zero stars I would. First of all, their booking office is in Arizona, so don’t expect good customer service. Second of all the lady on the service line who scheduled my appointment promised me that I would have cleaning, X-rays, and check up for free. I double checked because this sounded unbelievable. I knew they didn’t accept my insurance because I they told me that they would cover it for my first visit. The reception was awful, completely rude and would not help me at all. They were passive aggressive and treated me like I’m stupid. Not to mention I had a bad experience when I was a child here. So please save yourself the trouble and find a dentist office that actually cares and won’t waste two months of your time!
