I guess I too have to call customer service. Went for a routine check up and dentist would not clean my teeth. It's standard to clean teeth at first check up. Sad, because the office staff was friendly and efficient. (The appointment service was friendly but misinformed--I requested a female dentist and was told that is who I would have, but they are no longer there and the service was unaware.) Looking into my insurance taking them off the preferred provider list.

Fist time visiting Aspen Dental for bridge repair, very satisfied with the service from receptionist, x-ray staff, dental hygienists, financial advisor, most of all Dr.Adam, very good explanation of the procedure for me , with different options. Would recommend Aspen Dental in Plattsburgh N.Y

Overall the whole staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Was told my options for my problem and was given a fairly early return date to get it fixed. The dentist (forgot his name) explained and showed me on the x-ray what had to be done. The receptionist was very pleasant. When i was leaving and waiting for a ride, i knew she was dealing with a difficult patient, but kept quite calm.
This Plattsburgh,NY team are nice, the place is very clean, and the dentist spent as much time as he needto help me.

Got appointment within 2 days. Check in and X-ray was easy. I am a Full time RVer and was just visiting the area and they took good care of me.

I woke up a swollen jaw from an abscessed tooth. Aspen Dental was able to get me in that day to see someone. I could have had the tooth removed that day but due to appointments I had I couldn't have it done and they booked me for the next available appointment and gave me antibiotics. The dentist was very professional and caring. Overall it was a good experience even with the toothache

They are a big rip-off. All they care about is money. They lied, saying that first visit is free (when they bill your insurance). Then they way overcharge for cleaning. Then, they won't return your deposit if you want to go somewhere else. Do not go there.

I have never felt comfortable going to the dentist, in fact I have always been afraid, however from the moment I entered the waiting room I felt comfortable. The office staff was happy, pleasant and kind. The dental assists were smiling, welcoming and very easy going. Dr. Adam is an exceptional young man, who explained everything clearly, he has a wonderful sense of humor and he was very calming. For the first time ever I left the dentist office looking forward to my next visit.
