Aspen Dental gets 5/5 stars. They are extremely clean, friendly, attentive, and experienced. The dental hygienist is always welcoming, and the dentist was extremely patient, empathetic, and skilled. I place all my oral health care in their hands, and I am extremely impressed with their facility, from the receptionists to their oral surgeons. I will not go anywhere else.

Absolute best experience at a dentists office!!! The knowledge, professionalism, and utmost kindness is like no other!!! I will recommend Aspen Dental to everyone I know.

What a wonderful operation Aspen Dental has! As soon as you walk in the door, you’re greeted by the friendliest receptionist Tracy. From there it is smooth sailing, as she makes you feel comfortable is able to handle all your questions and needs before sitting. The remainder of the experience is just as positive. There are very affable and experienced employees there. Five stars for Tracy alone 🙂 but the whole visit was very excellent. Cheers, Aspen Dental of Plattsburgh.

The staff were very helpful n explained everything that needs to be done. . N the doctor I forgot his name was very execellent ,along with the nurse that assisted him w my extraction n very professional. With my care. That's the best care that I've ever gotten at a dentist office before . N when I return to have my other work done I expect the both of them to take time n get things done for me. I always have a great experience. The staff is friendly, the wait time has improved. The dental hygienist and dentist that work with me are friendly as well and do a great job. I never have any problems.

If you want to be sold services you don't want, this is the place for you. I asked to schedule a regular cleaning (TWICE) and they refused - would only recommend a deep cleaning not covered by my insurance. Stressful atmosphere - receptionists next to waiting room loudly explaining (arguing)billing/ payment information over the phone. It's a shame people choose to work in the health care field and then are trained to push services on their patients.

EVERYONE at Aspen Dental in Plattsburgh were absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, explain everything as they do it and are willing to answer questions and listen. From filling out forms, to the x-rays, and inital exam, they are quick and efficient. There was no sitting around, waiting and wondering. The dentist is very nice and explained each problem with the x-ray on a screen in front of me.
After the exam I met with a very nice girl in a closed office, for confidentiality, to go over the cost of the procedures and scheduling. As I do not have dental insurance, the exam and x-rays were free. She also quickly did an application for outside financing, which worked out great. I could choose from 3 or 4 payment programs, between 72months down to the 18month-no interest program that I chose. I needed some extensive work that I had been putting off, fearing the cost. I wish had gone sooner. This made a $3200 expense very easy to accomplish. The cost for the procedures were also extremely reasonable.
I also want to say that I have a few teeth that are not perfect. The last dentist I saw was ready to grind them down and cap them, at a cost of $20,000. The thought of the procedure scared me and the cost kept me from going back. When I asked Dr. B at Aspen about those teeth he said he wouldn’t do anything to them, which made me feel better. While talking with the finance girl, I mentioned this and she said he never does anything that isn’t necessary. Just one more reason to love this place!
I walked out with a huge smile and my next appointments set up with times that were perfect for me, my job, and travel (all things she took into consideration while setting them up).
I found Aspen while trying to help a friend who is terrified of dentists and had some major problems. I saw an ad stating they were very sympathetic to people like my friend. We went. From the first trip to the last, my friend was relieved. I was allowed to accompany them in the rooms and be there for the procedures. It was such a good experience, I went back for myself.
Everyone here does a great job of taking the fear out of seeing a dentist.

Good experience....seem to be thorough but felt like a number and not a person. Interest was in what they could charge me for and not what Insurance paid. They did many X-rays more than any other dentist I have been to. Asked if they deserved a 5 star....very uncomfortable with this and writing a review. This no no longer feels like a Doctors office more like a Pep Rally for Aspen. i will be going back for cleaning and repair of broken tooth but that will be the last time.

I was treated exceptionally well,and everyone explained how things were going to go.
Bianca Lovell was very helpful, in helping me find an affordable way to finance all the work I needed done.
Overall the staff is top notch.

Let me begin by saying - I’m a coward when it comes to going to the dentist in general.
Since I’m new to the area, most Dental Offices won’t accept new patients due to the Covid-19 epidemic.

Happily, I was able to schedule an appointment with Aspen Dental right away. I had cracked a molar and know I needed assistance quickly.

I was introduced to their new dentist, Dr. Adam. He was enthusiastic, friendly and confident. I like those characteristics with any doctor - especially when I’m trusting them with my health.

After my x-rays and exam, it was confirmed that I needed a crown and also had a very deep cavity. I knew of course about the crown but the cavity was a surprise to me. I asked him to show me - which he was happy to do so - on my x-ray. I could see it very evidently and was pleased he took the time to explain and point out what would need to be done.

I’ve had two separate procedures completed by Dr. Adam. He was excellent and he is probably the best dentist I’ve ever had that can administer a PAINLESS injection. I was amazed! Believe me - I’ve had my share of dental work and he’s definitely talented.

I now have a new crown and my deep cavity is filled. I feel no pain and have every confidence in my new dentist.

The staff is really great and I want to thank them all: Beginning of course with Dr Adam - who rocks it!, Gretchen, Irene, Tracy, Nicole, Casey, and Jennifer. A fantastic crew who truly helped me.
