Aspen Dental

I desperately needed to have one of my upper molars pulled out because it was heavily infected but no other dentist could get me in to do it. Even my family dentist could not get me in . The bad tooth was getting worse and worse even after antibiotics. Aspen got me in and pulled the tooth in a very quick and painless way. The dentist was super!... as well as everyone else. I heard Aspen dental gets a bad rap but they sure did do a great job taking care of me! I highly recommend them. Oh and because I didn't have insurance the new patient stays were free!

No one jumps at the chance to visit the dentist. However, I am compelled to sing praises about this dental unit. In short: EXCELLENT! They are cognizant of your time and professional from the initial greeting to the farewell. Painless and results oriented! So, I highly recommend this dental practice and will continue to be a happy patient.

So, here is an update. First of all I am highly recommending Dr. Adam. I describe him as smart, compassionate and he has a great sense of humor. More importantly, he "knows his stuff"! I just had a lot of work done and he and his assistant did a great job. They restored my smile and it was painless. Thank you all.

I used to be terrified about visiting the dentist. I even dealt with a broken tooth and a lot of pain for years until It made me sick. Eventually it became too much and I had to get it taken care of. Everyone at aspen dental was super friendly and caring and reassured me how there was nothing to be scared of. They made sure I was super numb before even attempting to remove the tooth and it took seconds to remove! I couldn't believe how easy it was! I had more stress from the anxiety I had created than was even necessary. I have no fears about going back to have more work done! They are extremely helpful and great at what they do!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like writing for this one. They don’t care about your time and you! My appointments were rescheduled all around the year and I couldn’t get cleaning done. One day they called said hygienist is off, so they are rescheduling, another day they called and said by mistake they scheduled two patients at the same time, and they had to reschedule my appointment from August to November!! Finally, I went for my cleaning routine recently. My appointment was at 12:00PM. I left from work for the appointment and for some reason the traffic was moving slow. I thought I may be late for the appointment, so I called them to tell them I am few minutes away and stuck in the traffic and asked if they will allow me or should I go back to work. The lady on the phone said if it is within 15 minutes, they will keep the appointment. I asked her to inform the hygienist. When I reached their parking lot it was 12:13 and went into their office quickly. They didn’t care about me informing them or my time. They simply said they can only do xray and examination and I must come back on another day. I was like I came late, ok fair enough! I am pregnant so they didn’t do Xray. They asked me to wait for examination. I was in the room for 30 minutes and no one showed up and I asked them how long it’s going to take as I have to go back to work. They said “no one is available as next patient came early (He came after me) so hygienist was already seeing him. She can’t come in the middle and do my examination”. But when my appointment is before him and why would they see him before me! Because I was late you already rescheduled my cleaning all you said you will do is examination! And you started root canal for next appointment patient! I am pregnant and had a rough day, didn’t eat lunch yet, and been waiting to get the dental routine done from months…all of this made me frustrated, and the staff were so irresponsible (not all the lady who took me inside and who scheduled my appointment were kind to me). When asked why they didn’t say when I called that they won’t allow me, first they don’t have an answer for that! And then said, for cleaning even 15min late is not allowed. I am like why you said I can come if it’s within 15 mins then! I should have gone back to work. I was just waiting for nothing! The lady who was explaining was very rude! And disrespectful. She wasn’t even concerned that I am pregnant. And their manager was very proud of this lady explaining rude to their patient who is pregnant. They didn’t even feel sorry. When I went to the front desk, she and another staff member was looking at phones and laughing. If they didn’t waste my one year of time, I would never go there! Unfortunately I had no choice now this is end of the year.

Another great experience. Quick painless filling. The only thing is I wish they would review what tooth they were doing work on and I wouldn’t have to ask every time, but they did answer questions that I had about other teeth

Aspen Dental's staff in Plattsburgh, NY was considerate, professional, centered on customer service and professionalism.
From the first person I met at the front desk, I was well cared for. The second person I met, the Dental Hygenist, explained the entire process for the procedure I was going to have, before we started, and kept me informed of everything she was doing as she did it.
The Dentist was personal, focused , explained what he was doing as he did it. He asked often about my comfort during the process.
The Check Out person was accurate, knew all about my insurance coverage, explained my bill, schedule my future set of appointments, established the cost of these future appointments, and was able to explain and arrange for financing, if necessary.
Overall, it was another great experience in Plattsburgh's Aspen Dental Office.

Awesome staff. My 5-year-old had her first dentist appointment there and they treated her so well she had a blast she loves the dentist now. The place is very clean and tidy and they take care of you and they're so polite I would recommend this place for anyone.

Aspen Dental was able to make me an original appointment for 5 days out. Not bad for a new patient. I had a broken tooth and needed to be seen as soon as possible, so they kept an eye on their appointments. They were able to take care of me the day after I called.
Dr. Benosman listened to my concerns and pulled the broken tooth in less than an hour of walking in the door for my appointment, without pain! The staff is amazing. Tracy at the front desk is empathetic and friendly. Kat, Dr.B's assistant, is professional and understanding. The lab tech that took the x-rays was fun to be around, which eased my nerves and the lady in the payment office was kind.
We have found our new dentist and couldn't be more happy.
