Had my first appointmen was in extreme pain website says they do extractions. the front staff was friendly, after x rays and alot of waiting the Dr took two minutes just wanted to pull everything.
I had questions about implants or how pulling would effect my partial, but the Dr was gone in a flash.
apprantly no time to talk to us little people.I felt very rushed like I was a product not a patent in pain..five people in 20 minutes all I heard was extraction extraction,,yet they have nobody to do extractions once a month.. for a place that seems to thrive on extractions you'd think they would have someone to do them..so now I sit in pain because all they gave me is a week's worth of tylenol that I already have that's all for at least a month!!! As of this writing I'm not very optimistic or happy about how they treated my issues.

Considering I was in pain I thought Aspen Dental did a wonderful job. My visit with the doctor was kind of short because they seemed behind so I wish he'd given me a little more attention but his bedside manner was excellent. The front office staff was 100% awesome.

the staff were very professional and responsive. the dental assistants were good about relaying my questions to the dentist after he left my chairside. one of the assistants gave me wrong information about the nature of a prescription but later on the phone the head assistant was quick to give me the correct info and to address the error with the assistant.
there was some waiting for different staff to meet with me and the staff were quick to apologize for the wait which I really appreciated. I found the waiting time was not excessive.
I am not fond of being treated in a "semi-private" room but I could not see the other patient and for this initial visit that was tolerable. I prefer a private exam room where I do not have to be concerned about my privacy.

Friendly, efficient and helpful advice with quick turnaround on my next appointments.

Went to my first visit. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I feel very comfortable there. We had the exam, then worked out a plan to move forward. I feel like the price was reasonable too. Looking forward to seeing them all at my next appointment.

Awful.... initial visit was terrible felt like a sales pitch for implants. They make you feel bad for having ugly teeth and even worse because you can't afford a 2k-3k implant, wanted an extraction its what was affordable with no dental insurance no one was listening felt ignored until I made it CLEAR what I was there for. Then paid 500$ for a 2 minute extraction with frankly neglectful staff... anywhere else is better, they want to sell implants and crowns they made me feel terrible about my smile because I didn't want to finance dental work at rediculous rates.. they prey on your insecurities and have no business providing care! WORST DENTIST I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO VISIT. Id rather my jaw rought off then deal with these awful people again.

Follow up.. someone called me asking about this review in an effort to smooth it over and I'd imagine idealy for me to remove this review this person went on to berate me and justify so many mistakes in customer service to treatment and on and on... love how I never got a follow up until I posted this review... absolutely terrible.... its a shame. This could have been a good experience if there were any compassion involved. I can not recommend this office for their poor customer service, neglectful care plan and non existent follow threw. If zero stars were an option I'd choose that. Over a week on from this appt and still swollen and uncomfortable to be completely honest. All this... over a simple tooth extraction. At this point the Aspen brand should be involved and take this issue on this is unacceptable. Still waiting for a resolution.

Staff more than happy to help and they got me an emergency appt within 2 hrs of my appt. Had 2 teeth pulled and Dentist was compassionate and careful. Made sure I was not feeling pain. One thing, he was in a hurry didn't explain his assistant did.

I went for my yearly exam this weekend and had a great experience. Because of covid it was different had to check on via phone and screened but everything went smooth. Monica did my cleaning and exam. She was great let me know what I should be doing if I wasn't doing it. Overall I had a pleasant experience.

I was very disappointed. Staff was nice, but when I questioned what my insurance was paying, I was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks before confirmation from my insurance could be verified. However, when I called to confirm my appointment I was told my insurance was already verified. The price I was quoted with insurance was the same price a relative paid without insurance. It did not seem right to me. I called my insurance, and verified what they paid , and was told no call on my claim was made. It made me wonder about the validity of the information was from the office. Now I'm waiting 6 to 8 weeks apparently for insurance confirmation.
