I was very satisfied with the professional and friendly staff . I stopped in after work with a bad tooth got put on antibiotics and 2 days later had tooth removed . I have no dental insurance but they are willing to work with you . I have already told people about them . Have 4 more teeth to be removed and will be getting them removed only here.

my experience at aspen dental was great. Dr. Martin and Jamie were very helpful and make a great team. everyone in the office has been pleasant and professional. This is the only dentist I have enjoyed. They care if you are experiencing pain. I would recommend aspen dental in Plattsburgh, ny. to anyone.

I couldn't have asked for better accommodation at this Dental office.. The staff from the receptionist to the hygienist to the Dentist himself and the billing personnel were all amazing.. It eases my mind to be able to go to get my teeth fixed properly knowing they are all gentle and truly care.. Thank you Plattsburgh Aspen Dental..

I had the complimentary free exam and x-rays. The dentist took the time to describe each procedure that would be done. Even with a very full schedule, the team made arrangements for me to get a temporary filling until I could get in to get a crown put on a broken tooth. Very team oriented atmosphere, could hear the employes laughing and joking - which shows it is a great place to work which in turn means they will take good care of their patients. Scheduling my next visit with them to get my dental routine back on track. Highly recommended

I love the office staff. I'm sure the surgeon is very qualified. The concern for comfort ends after the surgery. I'm very uncomfortable and in much pain. I've been back for follow up where it seemed like my words were ignored. I realized that I'm going to be uncomfortable, however I can't get used to them if I can't wear them. They're crooked looking and most painful where the gums are still swollen. I'm wearing them as long as I can stand the pain.

I have found the greatest place for my work on my teeth!!!! Friendly and staff was excellent. Dentist explained in detail due to I had bad experiences with other Dental establishments and that was why I was skeptical in seeing other dental company's
Jodi, Karen, Shantell, Dentists , receptionist, and all of the staff at Aspen Dental gave me a new look and now I am not at all scared to have work done to my teeth. Affordable payment plans for me as I do not have dental insurance. Everyone needs to know that Aspen Dental helped me more than I had ever imagined. Free extra's, advice compassion...I can go on and on. My cleaning, fillings and extractions were great!!!!!!!!

My wife and I utilize the Aspen Dental Practice in Plattsburgh, NY. It is a friendly and efficient operation. My favorite Aspen employees are the lovely Receptionist Tracy and the equally charming Dental Technician Jessica. Both have great senses of humor while at the same time are professional, courteous and great assets for Aspen Dental to employ.

We've found a great Dental Practice and intend to be with them for a long time.

Every visit was rushed, people were friendly and professional, I was very impressed until I received my partial plate then I am totally unhappy with it!! Picked it up on Friday and I am calling them Monday morning!! Does not fit!! Falls off when you open my mouth and the teeth are so small I can pass my tongue between my teeth with my jaw closed!! This is not going to work!!! I have made ten trips there to date at one hundred miles a trip. Very disappointed!!!

Everyone (receptionist, X-ray technician/dental assistant, Dentist and Nicole, the incredible finance person) was always friendly, and communicated clearly. Would recommend.

The visit was just like the last visit, Pleasurable!! the staff is very nice & The Doctor was very quick with his work.. Keep up the Great Work!!
