The receptionist and dental hygienist were extremely welcoming and polite, but that's where the great impression ends. After having full xrays, which I'm sure will cost a fortune, the dentist came in, barely glanced at them, insisted I have periodontal disease (which has NEVER been an issue as I have maintained a regular cleaning schedule with my former dentist) and that I require a deep deep cleaning. He went on to tell the hygienist I need 4 crowns, never addressing the actual tooth that is bothering me. In less than a minute my "exam" was over. When I ask about the tooth causing me pain he acts put out that he has to look at it again, goes on to tell me it's not that tooth (I've had FIVE root canals...I know when it's that tooth), it's the broken tooth next to it (which has had a root canal i.e. NO FEELING). He says he will cap the broken tooth which will fix the pain in the adjacent tooth; and if it doesn't, he'll do a root canal. Upon check out, after a one minute glance in my mouth and minimal review of my x-rays, I'm quoted over $7,000 in repairs...STILL NOT ADDRESSING THE TOOTH IN QUESTION! It is above and beyond clear Aspen Dental is in the business of herding cattle and bringing in cash, NOT in building lasting customer relations. I will most certainly not be returning.

I had multiple extractions and then immediate denture and partial ///dentist and staff were excellent from first visit to extraction say....everyone from fincial staff to assistant to dentist show compassion patience respect ...you name it and my teeth look great.....
