It's like they refuse to answer the phone.....

I was able to make a first appointment within one day, I was seen without a wait and the service was friendly, informative and helpful. I particularly like the fact that they give you the cost of services needed so I can plan the expenses ahead of time.

I had an accident 20 years ago that resulted in facial recognition and caps on my 4 top front teeth. Well I broke one of those caps Thursday afternoon and by Friday morning they had me in for an appointment. Needless to say I had caused too much damage for the cap to be saved so I needed an alternative. My insurance company wouldn't cover the first opption for repair but Irene got right on the phone and called them and found and alternative that would work. She went far and beyond to help me.
The Dr was very good and gental. They extracted the remander of the tooth and made a partial plate on Sight which I might add for someone who has never had to ware one Its very comfortable.
I walked out 3hours latter with a new replacement and my smile back.
Thank you so very much. Can't wait to come again. Awesome staff from the reception all the way down to the tecs.

I was in the Plattsburgh office at 8am, 10/13/2020, for a tooth repair on my denture.

At that time I worked with Dr. Adam and Gretchen. I got a estimate from Gretchen for approximately $300, but they needed to know who the manufacturer was for my dental implants. This information was required to ensure that the office had the correct equipment to remove the dental arch/denture.

I went home to contact my previous dentist in Jeffersonville IN to get this information. From 10:45 am to 4:45 pm, I made five phone calls to the office to see if they could do the work. I spoke with Tracy, Julie, and Irene (Office Manager) on three of those occasions. The manufacturer of my implants is Hiossen, they are in the Top 10 leading implants here in the US. I was promised that I would get a response.

It is now the the next day, I have gotten an email and text message to rate my experience. If this office could not do the work, they should have said so up front, rather than sending me on a wild goose chase and avoiding my phone calls. I cannot recommend Aspen Dental.

I chose aspen at first because of convienence. They scheduled me right away to look at me even though i was a new client. They took care of my needs and made me feel very comfortable every time i went in for a visit. They even worked around my schedule and did everything they could to getcme in as fast as i wanted. Special thanks to tracy for going the extra mile to put me on a cancellation list and looking for the earliest appointment for me. I was scheduled two weeks out and in one day she got me in without having to wait the two weeks know thats customer service that we just dont see anymore these days. Also would like to thank gretchen jess and all the rest of the staff at aspen for great service and client satisfaction thank you again for giving me my smile back.

Very nice facility and friendly staff, lady that did my teeth was great! There is a girl at the front desk, I think her name is Tracy? She is such a sweetheart, very nice, goes outta her way to make you feel comfortable.

I recently had a filling done, but the dentist didn't shave enough off. I didn't have enough time to make another appointment since I had to come back up to Plattsburgh. Someone recommended that I go to Aspen since they take walk-ins, so I did. They didn't take my insurance, so I would've had to pay. But the dentist looked and my tooth and fixed it FREE OF CHARGE! As a broke college student who is hoping her debt won't cripple her post-graduation, I am so grateful! Thank you, Aspen Dental! 😊😊

I am a 91 year old who had the misfortune of breaking my lower denture. I was so unhappy knowing that I would have to find a friend and ask for a ride to your location in Williston. I phoned Aspen Dental
for an appointment and was advised that they would squeeze me around in between patients beginning at 3 pm that day.
A caring friend drove to your Williston office with me in tow. Your very polite and caring people took me in hand after I gave them my broken denture, advising me to rest in a comfortable chair. Just over another hour, a lady brought me to the treatment area where l was given my mended denture. It fitted beautifully. I was so happy and released.....my world was back in order. I want to thank your staff for
giving me such an easy time of it. I sure went home happy and looking forward to seating my supper without a problem.

Aspen dental is the first place where I felt comfortable. The staff is amazing! The office is clean, and it’s a relaxed environment. Couldn’t of gone better!

I had a molar pulled as part of the Healthy Mouth Program, (which offers free dental care one day each year for veterans). I am EXTREMELY impressed with the staff here. Quick, gentle, professional, and painless.
