As always I have the best dental experience again with Pleasant Plains Dental. I had root canal and crown done here in 2018 and now I'm back for Dental Implant. Dr. Rosenau took great care of me. She was very reassuring, gentle and made sure I am comfortable. She understand the anxiety and fear patients feel and made sure I am at ease. She numb me really good. She is so good at what she does. She is the best Dentist I've been to so far!!!

I have been a patient at Pleasant Plains Dental for a couple of years now and have NEVER had a negative experience. The reception staff is always smiling and welcoming. Then there is Katelyn...... She is always so friendly and accommodating!!! Luckily I have only had brief excounters with Dr. Ernst, but those encounters have been excellent! If you're looking for a great experience from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave, I highly recommend Pleasant Plains Dental! Exceptional service guaranteed!!

Having Severe anxiety to go to the dentist, I let those anxieties prevent me from getting dental treatment throughout the years. Never once was I made to feel bad because of the shape my teeth were in. Everyone was very accommodating and Nonjudgmental. Dr C was/is awesome, he did everything he could to prevent and pain or discomfort as I received treatment. He took the time to call and check in on me after a rough visit. Dr C was very gentle and understood my anxiety. The technician Gene was also very good he made sure my new dentures and implants fit well.

Pleasant plains dental has been such a great place for me. Dr Ernst is fantastic, and my favorite hygienist Kayla is amazing as well. I always feel comfortable and welcome, and everyone seems to sincerely enjoy working there. I highly recommend Pleasant Plains, and one of the best things is that they are open after 5 pm unlike any other dentist I’ve been to. I used to have to take a vacation day to go to the dentist, now I just go after work. Always a pleasure when you find something that makes life easier, and Pleasant Plains Dental is all that and more.

This is the best Dentist office in Union County hands down! Dr. Ernst is truly a professional. I had a lot of issues coming in and was apprehensive about the procedures I would be facing. Dr. Ernst explained everything to me thoroughly; including the procedure and the care and maintenance plan going forward. He was true to his word. The care and consideration they have shown me throughout the whole process has been phenomenal! My hygienist Kayla is the absolute best!! They truly treat you as a member of their own family. I'm so glad that I chose this office for my dental care. They are the best!!!!

Pleasant Plains Dental is amazing! Their focus on using technology to provide an outstanding customer experience was very apparent. Things such as their informative website, active social media presence, email/text appointment confirmations and reminders, along with TVs in the exam rooms are just some examples. What I really loved was the service beyond the technology. They truly care about your dental health. My exam was very thorough, and they took the time to explain each process. They provided a quality care plan without any unnecessary pressure to get certain treatments. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you Dr. Ernst and staff!!!

I had a great experience at my appointment on Monday. My hygienist, Erin, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Rosenau was very gentle and explained my treatment thoroughly. The staff always makes me feel welcome. The office is clean and tidy. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
