2018 I think?: Like most people I hate going to the dentist, and I've been putting off going for a while. I found this place through my insurance provider's website and decided after reading the reviews to try it out. I will never go to another dentist. This place feels welcoming instead of sterile, and you can tell they care about their patients. Dr. Patel is awesome! I had to have my tooth extracted and she was quick and thorough and my anxiety was a lot lower than past dentist experiences.
UPDATE 2020: I had to have two teeth pulled and a root canal done recently, and they did a great job this time as well. This is still the only dentist I will go to. They're nice and welcoming and they don't make you feel ashamed of the state of your teeth. I just had my crown put on and they spent plenty of time making sure it was perfect for me. While I do still have dental anxiety, it's not as bad when I come here than when I've gone to previous dentists.

I have always had a huge fear of dentist... then I found Pleasant Plains Dental!! All of the staff are super friendly and kept my nerves calm the entire time. Dr Ernst is amazing!! He told me every move he was making while putting on my crown. I would recommend him to everyone. My family of 6 has found our forever dentist♥️

After several years of avoiding going to the dentist because of fear, I finally decided it was time and called Pleasant Plains Dental. It was one of the best dental visits I’ve ever had. Everyone there was so very “pleasant” - truly!! I need quite a bit of treatment, but I left feeling like I can handle it and I feel confident everything will work out fine. I am so very happy I called Pleasant Plains Dental. Wish I had called sooner.

I had a tooth extraction on a tooth where my previous dentist said he could not perform. He recommended an expensive option with a Oral Surgeon. I was able to get a second opinion here, and Dr. C and Amber were able to work on it within a week at a fraction of the cost. After this, I have chosen pleasant plains as my primary for my family. I highly recommend.

Great dentist and staff. They care about their patients and are honest and straightforward. More than reasonable prices. They are exceptionally gentle and take the extra time to make sure you're comfortable. I live 20 miles away with other dentists close by, but Pleasant Plains Dental is well worth the extra drive time! I highly recommend this dentist!

We live pretty close to Pleasant Plains Dental and saw it frequently when shopping and running errands. When we started looking for a new dentist for myself and my six year old, I saw through my insurance provider that they took my insurance. I and my child have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, but this switch was completely painless and everyone who I spoke to made us feel at ease. We walked in and it was clean and felt very cozy. As we were new patients, we were given a tour and they walked us through every step of the process. The hygienists were amazing with my child! Showed exactly what they were going to do, explained every button and machine, and even put what they were doing in language that was appropriate for the age level. I heard words in the car I NEVER thought I would hear come out of my child's mouth, "When are we going back?" I also loved that they had an orthodontist who works in the office so I don't have to be referred out! We are looking forward to visiting again!

This office is great. From the front desk staff all the way to the doctors. Ms. Chan’nel helped me with all my needs and eased my nerves about the dentist office. Megan, took my xrays and she was absolutely great. Kayla made sure i was comfortable while she was cleaning my teeth and finally Dr.C was great explaining to me what was going on with my teeth. Highly recommended!!

So comfortable. During my deep cleaning, she made sure I knew exactly what to expect and made sure I wasn’t in pain at all. They have TVs for you to watch and offer blankets and pillows to keep you comfortable! I would recommend them over and over!

All of my life, I've been fearful of going to the dentist, especially since getting cancer and having to go through radiation and chemotherapy...needing a dentist to help keep and save my teeth made me take the time to look for a dentist practice I could feel comfortable with. Well, I choose Pleasant Plains Dental because of a referral...a friend liked the professionalism and holiness of the practice. I have to agree...I now enjoy going to the dentist...Tatiana is the best hygentist that's ever cleaned my teeth! I now look forward to my 6 month visits!
