9/17/20- Had first phase of dental implant done. My first implant and I was extremely nervous about the process. Dr. Ernst is a solid professional. Very alert, caring, and knowledgeable. He picked up on my anxieties and was gentle and thoroughly talked me through the entire process (even during the process.) I like and appreciate that. I was referred to Pleasant Plains Dental about two years ago from a co-worker and literally after my first visit I immediately switched from a previous dentist whom I’d been a patient for over 20 years! Pleasant Plains is clean, efficient and pleasant! Thank you for today’s visit.

Omg do I get anxiety each time I see a dentist through horrible experiences I’ve had since childhood. I have to say FINALLY!!!! Finally!!!! I’ve had the best experience ever!!!! This was my and my husband’s first time visiting Pleasant Plains Dental. The the X-ray tech , Kayla the hygienist, the dentist, Dr. Ernst have been phenomenal. They’ve talked me through everything that was going to be done. Most of all THEY DID NOT HURT ME and yet they were thorough. As for my husband’s visit and his team, they were just as phenomenal. I look forward to going again. I couldn’t stop raving about everyone at the practice to my family who referred them to me.

I had a great experience at Pleasant Pines. I am planning to have my wisdom teeth pulled soon and I’m anxious about the procedure. Dr. Brazile and her staff was very helpful in explaining the process and even shared some of their own personal stories that made me feel comfortable and helped to alleviate a lot of my worries. I highly recommend Dr. Brazile and her staff for your dental care.

Dental work done the right way! I got one of my wisdom tooth pulled and felt no pain compared to my prior dentist that I’ve went to for over 20 years. Made an appointment just to get my tooth pulled and now they have a forever patient. The dental hygienist Kayla is awesome. She explains things well and she isn’t rough she takes her time and make sure it’s done right. It’s nice and clean and they are very professional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was nervous about my visit but Tatiana and Cassandra helped me feel at ease and made my visit comfortable. I had questions and they both spoke with me and addressed all my concerns. I’ve had a few visits at Preasant Plains Dental, and all were such good experiences. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and overall fantastic. I have been coming here for a few years now and I've always had a good experience. Everyone is nice, friendly, and wants to make sure you're comfortable. I've never had any issues with pain or my gums bleeding when getting my teeth cleaned. I also appreciate that they tell me what they are doing every step of the way. This year I've been doing Clear Correct through them. I'm not even finished yet, but I love the results. Also, the office itself doesn't even feel like a dentist's office to me. It's a comfortable environment. I highly recommend Pleasant Plains. I've seen both Dr. Ernst and Dr. Ali and they are both very personable and great at what they do! My dental hygienist is Katelyn and she is very gentle, precise, and pleasant.
