Pleasant Plains Dental

I have been going to Dr. Ernst for about a year now. After many years of not going to the dentist, I was referred to Pleasant Plains Dental. Like most, I was very nervous about going to the dentist. As soon as I walked into the office, I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. The staff is so nice and genuine. My hygienist Kayla, explained each step during my procedure and I appreciate her gentleness (and the blanket she provided because I was cold!). After my exam, Dr. Ernst came in to discuss some issues I needed to take care of and how they would help me along the way. I have no problem with going to my dentist on a regular basis and I actually enjoy my visits. Thanks to all for showing me how much you care about your patients.

This office is totally great! Dr.Ernst and his staff are wonderful and makes you feel completely comfortable. Ms Kayla is great with my son that hates going to the dentist. She now have him looking forward to his appointments. The office is very clean and convenient. They offer extended hours and have great amenities.

I love my dentist office. Very welcoming and professional staff. Katelyn and Dr. Perkins are my usual providers. They are great! I recently had a root canal with Dr.Ali. He was so caring and kept me really numbed up for the procedure. Highly recommend this office.

Pleasant Plains dental was by far the BEST DENTAL OFFICE I have ever been to! The staff is so nice and friendly and Dr Ernst makes you feel so comfortable. The waiting room feels like you are in your living room with coffee, video games and such a relaxing atmosphere. When they bring you back to the room you can watch TV while having work done. The assistant was so sweet and friendly! Prices are very reasonable and they take my insurance. They even offer payment options! I cannot imagine going any where else after having such a wonderful experience at this dental office. They even have Saturday hours so I do not have to take off work to go to the dentist. I will be recommending my family and friends all go to this office. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

I went into Pleasant Plains for the first time about a year ago. I had an emergency with an abscess tooth. Dr Ernst had a full schedule that day but they managed to fit me in. He got me taken care of and on my way. I didn’t like going to the dentist at all. Dr. Ernst and his staff have wonderful during the last year with all my dental needs. My children don’t even mind going to the dentist anymore. I recommend him to anyone that ask for a good dentist. He walked me through every step of what they were going to be doing and kept me relaxed. Thank you Dr. Ernst and staff!!

Pleasant Plains is the best dentist office I have ever been to. The staff is extremely respectful and I always have a great experience. They make you feel welcome and accommodate any of your needs. I appreciate their service and always look forward to my next appointment. My dentist, Dr. Ernst, gave me the opportunity to shadow their staff with my hopes of pursuing a career in dental hygiene. I thought that was incredibly nice; not all dentist offices agree to this opportunity. My hygienist, Kayla, is very sweet and always has a smile on her face. I love talking to her during my appointment. I shadowed multiple dental hygienists during my observation hours including Katelyn. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions I had in regards to her career. Thank you Pleasant Plains for providing excellent service!

I called two weeks ago on Monday morning with a crown that had fallen off I was able to be seen within three hours and I had a very bad cavity underneath the crown that was previously put on quite a few years ago at another dentist office. Dr. C Was so kind and professional and was able to get my cavity filled that day and I just came back two weeks later and got my new permanent crown put on and it was a wonderful experience and my mouth and tooth feel so much better and I am was so kind and professional and was able to get my cavity filled that day and I just came back two weeks later and got my new permanent crown put on and it was a wonderful experience and my mouth and tooth feel so much better and I am so happy with my experience. Pleasant Plains Dental is by far the best practice in the Charlotte/Monroe market. The doctors and staff are outstanding in every way. I had a great cleaning today by Tatiana who is very professional but also very engaging. When my wife and I visit Pleasant Plains, it’s like visiting an extended family. I highly recommend Tatiana, Dr. Ali and the entire staff!

This was my first time at Pleasant Plains Dental today and I was PLEASANTLY ;o) surprised. The place doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is completely different story. It's beautifully decorated, the stuff is all super nice, just the waiting room is cool with coffee, tea, water for the patients, playroom for kids and comfy seats and TV on the wall. The halls are long with many rooms decorated way fancier that I would ever imagine dental office to look like. The dentist was super nice, down to earth and explained things more than any other dentist in the past. 2D X-rays as part or the first visit. Both the hygienist and the dental assistant were very nice. Could watch TV on the wall or the ceiling while getting my cleaning done. Everybody was very nice and I was really happy with the place. Oh and can't forget - their office hours! .... 7am-8pm most days and are even opened on Saturdays! Hope my next visit on Monday will be great as well.

Great office! From the moment you walk in, you feel so welcomed. My son and I were new patients. Jazmyn did a wonderful job making my 4 year old comfortable with the initial process. Kayla was a great hygienist, she did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. My son thought she was wonderful! Dr. Perkins was a so personable. He made me feel comfortable and complimented how well my son did. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Wonderful experience (never thought I would say that, while talking about the dentist)!
