If you are terrified of going to the dentist, Pleasant Plains Dental is for you. I've had severe anxiety and some pretty horrible experiences in the past with other dentists, so I just stopped going. After several years of neglect, my teeth and gums were in horrible shape and then the toothaches forced me to find some courage. A dear friend of mine recommended Pleasant Plains and I couldn't be happier! Erin was my hygienist and she was absolutely amazing. I was hyperventilating, shaking almost out of the chair and crying. TERRIFIED. Erin was so understanding and patient and really worked to help calm me down. She was so sweet and caring and it shows that she LOVES her job. She gave me great advice on home care and even called me after the appointment to just check on me and make sure I was okay. Their level of service, patience and true compassion far exceeds any other dentist I've ever encountered. Thank you so much Erin!!!!

I have been a patient at Pleasant Plains Dental for 3 years. I've been extremely happy with everything about this office. From the people at the front desk who happily greet you, to of course Dr. Ernst and my wonderfully efficient hygienist Kayla. Kayla makes you feel comfortable and she is very sweet and knowledgeable. Amazing how high tech everything is there! I'm always so impressed.
Kayla explains everything she is doing ,which I appreciate . I used to live 10 min. From Pleasant Plains Dental, now about 45 min. I wouldn't go any where else!!!

I have always been terrified of the Dentist. I recently went to Pleasant Plains for a New Patient and let me tell you my experience was far beyond what I could have ever imagined. The Staff was super friendly and understanding of my fear. The doctor I saw was Dr. C he was absolutely fantastic and understanding, he made me feel comfortable and not afraid of all the work I needed done. I recently had my work done and let me tell you he did a amazing job I felt fine the whole time and not scared, he truly cares for his patients and how they are doing, I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs a great dental office. Also wanted to add that Titania was fantastic and truly amazing at doing my deep clean, she definitely knows her stuff and enjoys it, it feels like home there I am so happy to have found this office.

Staff is very polite and super friendly. Dr. Patel did an awesome job making me feel comfortable. He repaired a chipped tooth and it looks fantastic! I couldn’t of asked for a better cosmetic repair!

I have very bad anxiety and panic disorder. I had the most amazing experience at this office. I had to have 3 teeth pulled and I was very scared. The assistant Kasey and Dr. Chris was more than compassionate. I could never have dreamed that I would be treated so well and so much respect. I felt like we were lifelong friends. They are definitely a superior group of people with so much compassion!

Another very successful trip to Pleasant Plains Dental! Dr Ernst and assistant Olya were wonderful caring for me through an implant procedure . They were great at explaining each step before proceeding.And so kind and courteous answering my questions.

The atmosphere in Pleasant Plains Dental is comfortable, everyone is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Chokshi was very professional, adept, and set a realistic expectation of my extraction procedure.
Myka, the dental assistant , was exceptional in helping me to relax. I had two teeth extracted and you would have thought it was her two hundredth procedure. They both helped me to relax and earned my trust by being honest and a bit funny too.
I highly recommend Pleasant Plains Dental, Dr. Chokshi, and Myka they were awesome!

Absolutely amazing, after several visits to other dentists, I am happy I was referred by my coworkers to Pleasant Plains. The atmosphere was really nice but most importantly Dr. Ernst was very knowledge and walked me through step by step as he went along. He also gave different techniques to deflect from getting the worst part... the needle!!!! Super great staff from the phone calls to the front staff to the dental techs. This past week when I went there they had a sign posted... giving back to the veterans basic dental care on 11.09.. I applaud them for loving on their community and veterans. I live 45 minutes from Pleasant Plains but will absolutely continue to drive to MY dentist!

Dr Ali and the team are the best in the business! They made last minute accommodations for me to have some work done the day before my wedding and I am forever grateful! He has also rearranged his schedule to stay late to do a root canal and many other scheduling conflicts. He and the staff are extremely professional and highly skilled, the atmosphere here doesn’t even feel like a dental office, it’s more like a Spa. My daughter can’t wait for her next appointment, thank you for the wonderful experience you provide!

I'm one of the worst dental patients ever but my hygienist, Kayla, was amazing and immediately put me at ease. She explained everything she was doing and was very patient with me. Dr. Perkins was also great and very personable. Both have terrific personalities and chairside manner. I felt very comfortable overall and would recommend this office to anyone who is as anxious about dental treatment like I am.
