Madison from scheduling was the reason I choose to go with pleasant plains. She has been most helpful from day one from the first time I called to make a new patient appointment to my first visit has been AMAZING! The receptionist was polite and had a very welcoming manner to him. The hygienist assistant Jada was very informative, hygienist Tara was awesome and made it possible for me to get work done that day by working with my dentist! The whole crew was amazing! If you want a team who will provide you comfort and quality care I suggest Pleasant plains Indian trail!

First time and it was wonderful. Dr. Ernst was courteous and professional. I know from previous experience that he cared about me personally and my dental needs. Pleasant plains has been a Godsend. I have had the pleasure of being a customer here for the past 3 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I have never patronized a dentist office where everyone I come in contact with has such a great bedside manner. I love Dr. Perkins and Dr. C. I love Marcia and all other Dental Hygienist I have ever dealt with there. I refer everyone that I speak to who is looking for a dentist office here. They are always very professional, personable, and they give you all the information you need up front so there are no surprises. They have evening and weekend appointments for people who work during the day/weekday. My children even love this place. If you are on the fence, try them, you won't regret it.

They take their time and are happy to answer any questions or concerns. The hygienists are great & the front office staff are all friendly. From the moment you're greatest as you enter their office until they walk you to the door on your way out, everyone is warm and friendly and they all seem to enjoy what they are doing.
