Pleasant Plains continues to remain after several years as my family’s dentist. Under the direction of Dr Ernst they offer many services many of which we have used. The associates are all kind,understanding ,extremely knowledgeable and patient. My family and I thank each and every one of you for your services you provide. Very professional. Our teeth are much healthier because of your office.

I love pleasant plains dental! Best dentist office I ever been to! They helped me when my wisdom teeth were coming in and nobody else would see me for months out. I’m very thankful for them! And Kayla is the most amazing dental hygienist I have had! I just love it there!!!

I highly recommend this practice, today was my first time visiting Pleasant Plains Dental, and I will back. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. C was very professional and has a great bedside manner. I had lost a filling which desperately needed attention. He went above and beyond to fit me in for same day treatment with his busy schedule. He has a great touch & no pain injection technique. His assists Alison & Megan 5 stars.

I had my 1st visit to Pleasant Plains Dental yesterday for a consult. I was referred by a friend. I was very nervous; my endodontist recently recommended tooth extraction with potential implant vs. bridge, neither of which I have ever had to have. So, I was, and still am, very apprehensive & nervous about it and, quite honestly, scared to death! But, I have to say that all of the staff (staff who greeted me when I arrived; the absolutely kind & wonderful dental assistant, Amber; the extremely nice treatment plan staff member, Jaclyn, who provided me with info & estimates and, of course, Dr. Ernst was FANTASTIC! Dr. Ernst spent time with me discussing my problem tooth & the potential options. He never made me feel like he was rushing to finish with me & was patient with my questions. He seemed to be compassionate and truly concerned about my anxiety, fears, & not knowing what I should do as far as my treatment plan. He told me to call or message him with any additional questions. I was very pleased with this 1st visit!

Pleasant Plains Dental is a whole game changer when it comes down to the dentistry industry. The staff is always customer service friendly. My Dental hygienist Kayla is as amazing as her work. She listens to my concerns and consults with Dr. Ernest to come up with a game plan for work I want done.

Excellent customer service and bedside manner! Always a pleasant experience. Dr.K and Kayla (at my last visit) were amazing! And the ladies at the front desk worked a miracle for me to get some services completed before my insurance ran out !! That were awesome as well!

Pleasant plains dental office staff is polite and are willing to help you any way they can. They are there to make your visit as smooth as possible. I am glad my coworker referred me to this office. 😁

My father always said that there are two "things" in this world you don't ever share: your wife and your mechanic!
I'd like to add to that: your hygienist!!
But since I rarely followed my dad's advice (youth wasted on young & all), and my mechanic retired (without my permission!), I can only shout from the mountain tops about my favorite hygienist, Kayla. She is the only hygienist I prefer and request for my family. I had gone to an oral surgeon at a different office ; since i was due for a cleaning, i just had her hygienist clean my teeth. The doctor commented on the cleanliness of my teeth; I told her I floss frequently during the day and use a Sonicare toothbrush. She said it was more than just Sonicare clean and I attribute that to Kayla!

Hygienist Keyla is amazing. Strongly recommend this clinic and especially hygiene team.

This is the first time I have written a Google review for anyone but it is deserving. I had nothing but great experiences while going to see Pleasant Plains Dental. The office itself is very new and state of the art.
The front office team is very welcoming. Brittany, Chelsea, Brooke, and the rest of the team were so wonderful.

Katelyn was my Dental Hygienist and she was amazing! She did a great job explaining everything that she was doing and listening to what I had to say. She kept me calm during all of my appointments and answered all of my questions.

After meeting with Dr. Perkins, I knew I was in the right place. He is professional, but very caring. He took the time to look over my x-rays and explain the process of how to help me.

Pleasant Plains Dental is, without a doubt, the best dentist I have ever been to. I had not been to dentist in several years, and, I can happily say, that Pleasant Plains Dental makes me want to smile again.
