My children and I had a very good experience at Pleasant Plains Dental. Dr. Ernest is wonderful! He was clear and took his time to explain about the proceedure etc. I don't usually like going to dentist, but I was very comfortable. All the staff are friendly and nice, too. I highly recommend Pleasant Plains Dental.

I have neglected going to the dentist due to dental anxiety for long time. A good friend recommended Dr Ernst at Pleasant Plains when I cracked my tooth. They scheduled me at a convenient time in my schedule for a prompt consultation to determine what needed to be done. From the front desk personnel, to the hygienist, to Dr Ernst was the easiest and most comforting experience. Fantastic office! Highly recommend!

Not only has Dr.Ernst and his team provided myself and my husband with excellent care but also my son. I have a 3 year old and although this is not a specified pediatric dentist office, due to the convenience of location and hours we decided to bring him here for his first cleaning. The whole team was wonderful and really made my son feel comfortable! To my surprise he made it through the exam and cleaning and did great due to the patience and care provided! I want to thank the staff for a wonderful experience for the first time visiting this office. I called to set and appointment on a Saturday(10-6-18) late afternoon and Sunday (10-7-18) morning an associate called to welcome me. I had several issues to deal with from not having insurance (at the current moment ), to making decisions as to the procedures that Dr. C would help to complete. The decision making was easy , Dr. C educated me on what was important, the staff was super supportive. If you are looking to become a first patient then this practice I recommend. They are professional , friendly and respectful to your needs. Hey, it didn't hurt.

I went to pleasant plains after a bad experience somewhere else. I am happy with my decision! From the waiting room the checking out I had a great experience. Kaitlyn was wonderful and Dr. Perkins seems great as well! They are very friendly and make an effort to get to know you personally. Made me very comfortable!

I first visited Dr. Ernst's office on a Saturday morning when I was suffering from a toothache. He and his staff were able to provide me with a very clear and understandable diagnosis, as well as a quick and painless treatment. I have been going back regularly for visits ever since. Dr. Ernst and his staff have a very modern office and do an outstanding job of making me as a patient feel very comfortable while maintaining good dental health and hygiene. As someone who was hesitant to receive dental treatment for years due to unfavorable orthodontics experiences as a child, I highly recommend Pleasant Plains Dental to anyone seeking a very painless and patient friendly dental experience.

I have to say that this is the nicest and most professional dentist office that I have ever been in. My first experience was great as I made the appointment to have my teeth cleaned. I was checking out the office to see how clean and professional it was. My goal was to see if I should move my family's dental care to this office. My old dentist of many years only worked about 3 days a week and it took months to get in to have our teeth cleaned. Dr. Ernst's office has great hours and he and his staff are the most caring and professional dental office that I have had the pleasure to be in. My second trip to Pleasant Plains Dental was just as good as the first. I had to replace a broken crown. Dr. Ernst and his RDA Sonya was so kind and gentle with me that the experience was absolutely pleasant. I was happy about the pricing as well. I checked pricing of other dentist offices in the area and found Pleasant Plains Dental had the best pricing with their in-house Dental Savers Plan. I can tell you that I am moving my family's dental needs to Pleasant Plains Dental office in Indian Trail. Michael Pate

The atmosphere is very nice, modern and high tech. Friendly accommodating staff. The dentist that worked on me caused additional mouth pain from having to do 4 injections in my mouth.

I had a dental emergency after getting my front tooth knocked out by a dog. They got me in first thing and were so compassionate. Dr. Ali was gentle and explained each step to me beginning to end. After I left his office he called himself to personally check in and see how I was doing. He and his staff went above and beyond their job. I highly recommend them.

This office is fantastic!! I am a new patient and was so impressed at how welcoming this practice is. From scheduling, to my hygienist, Kayla, Dr. Ernst and Armand, this place made me feel relaxed and at home. They truly care about you and explain everything every step of the way which is awesome.
