Pleasant Plains Dental

Just finished my scheduled dental appointment at Pleasant Plains in Indian Trail. Totiana and Kennedy made my dental experience comfortable. They were thorough and very skilled in their craft. Dr. Ernst has taken care of our entire families dental needs for several years and even though we’ve moved from that area, we continue to go back because of the excellent service that we receive. Thank you Dr. Ernst!

I have had such a good experience at Pleasant Plains Denistry. From the staff in the front to Dr. Ernst and Kayla the dental hygienist they are all professional and caring people. Whenever I called they’re always pleasant and eager to try and work with us and our schedules to set up appointments and even letting us know when there’s availability, they are always going the extra mile. I really enjoy going there and I highly recommend this practice🤗

I am a big baby when it comes to mouth pain. Had to have a tooth pulled and I was very nervous. He explained every step, got me nice and numb and I didn't feel a thing. I almost cried because it didn't hurt! I highly recommend Pleasant Plains Dental the staff is great and they really care!

I am so impressed and pleased with the staff here! This is the first place I felt my concerns and anxieties were truly listened too. Everyone was patient and caring. Wonderful customer service. I found a dental office that is building my trust and confidence!

Who said that a dentist visit isn’t fun? This was my first visit. Great customer care and personal attention by my new favorite hygienist Kayla. Very professional and thorough with my cleaning. She wasn’t rushing through it to get to the next patient. BTW, Beautiful office setup… Felt like a spa. They have TVs in the ceiling! A+++

I love Pleasant Plains dental office, my cousin referred me to them and i have had the best experiences every single time i go. As many other’s I’m not the one who loves going to a dentist office but i love coming here everyone is so friendly and very attentive and caring from the front desk to hygienist and doctors. Since i first started coming to pleasant plains i have been seeing Dr. Chokshi he is amazing!!! super sweet and gentle. Dr. Chokshi truly cares for his patients and takes pride in his work. I’ve had had cavities filled and just today had 2 of my wisdom pulled by him with only local Anesthetics, the process was quick and pain free, he makes sure you are fully numb and not having any pain what so ever. I would recommend everyone to come see any of the doctors or hygienist here. So thankful to have found and be a patient there.

Kayla was absolutely amazing at her job and the best hygienist. I hate the dentist office but she definitely put me at ease did a phenomenal job on my teeth. Dr. Brazil also did a phenomenal job and I would recommend her to anyone. This whole practice is amazing and everyone I encountered was professional and so down to earth.

Tatiana and Kennedy thank you for kind professional services today. I have been coming to Pleasant Plains Dental for a few years now; this was my first visit under your care. Thanks for making my visit so nice. My teeth feel fantastic. See you in six months.😃

Be careful of this office up-selling unnecessary treatment. My juvenile son chipped his two front permanent teeth several years ago. Dr. Perkins fixed them by bonding them. Dr. Perkins is no longer practicing here. The bond held for over two years. One recently failed. We understand that will happen. So we made an appointment to get it fixed. However, they made us come for two separate appointments when it could have been accomplished in one, they billed higher for emergency appointment when it was not. Anyway, they billed two office visits but fixed tooth. Less than 4 weeks later the bond failed. Called them back several times no one answered and I left a message. No return call. Called again the next day & got through to someone and they agreed it shouldn’t have failed and they would fix. Got to appointment this morning and they began recommending more X-rays even though last one were less than month ago and they said they wanted to see if a root canal was needed. I asked them to explain to me how a root canal is needed now when clearly this is a failed procedure on your part as evidenced by the fact that Dr. Perkins’ work is still holding up. The “dentist” told me she now thought the root causes the bond at bottom of front tooth to fail. I asked her to explain that she could not. I have fillings in my teeth that are over 30 years old. The bond should not fail in under four weeks. We ended up leaving rather than be tricked into extra billables for their office. This office is not as pleasant as it once was and I do not trust them to have our best interest at heart when they begin recommending unnecessary treatments, don’t answer the phone and have continuous staffing changes.

I've been coming here for about 3-4 years now I believe! The staff is amazing, very friendly, and they make sure I'm taken care of every time I come in! My hygienist is usually Kayla and I find it amazing how personable she always is when I see her! 💓
