I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, due to a bad experience in the past. I broke a back molar tooth over the weekend and called Pleasant Plains Dental. They were friendly, compassionate and made sure I was at ease during my visit. Dr.Perkins was awesome I’ll never go to another dentist. I recommend them for all your dental needs.

Normally when you go to the dentist there's a certain sense of anxiety. This could not be further from the truth at this location. I have been there several times in the last few months and every time has been a pleasant experience. Most recently I work with Tatiana for the third or fourth time and every time it's been amazing. She tells you exactly what's happening so you can feel calm and confident the whole time. She is very knowledgeable and always has answers to any of my questions. I would highly recommend this facility as everybody's very kind and professional

As an adult this is the first dental office I’ve encountered and i couldn’t have been happier with my choice . All staff are so kind and patient , they all have knowledge and they know what they are doing . It’s also nice that they have a male dental assistant he was great just like the girls . Dr. Ernest is such a great dentist he treats his patients well and his staff and i just recently started seeing Dr. Ali and he is awesome as well . Just in General it’s like family when i go there i love this place , even if i move from Matthews i don’t mind driving extra to be where I’m comfortable and all dentist work is expensive but once pleasant plains is doing it i don’t care what i have to pay . Loved this dentist! Everyone was very friendly and professional. I've been going to the dentist for over 10 years and have never experienced a hygienist that provided such a thorough explanation. And the office is fabulous. Dr. Ernst was polite and honest regarding what was necessary to get done. I will be recommending this dentist to all my friends.

Have been going to Pleasant Plains for several years. Very friendly staff, convenient hours and broad range of services. Most recently my son had his wisdom teeth extracted. Saved us a small fortune and they took real good care of my son. Very impressed!

Dr. Ernst and Melvin were very clear of what they were doing each step of the way which would help anyone with dental anxiety. I’ve also had a great experience with my children’s dental cleanings. My family moved to the area around two years ago and we were in search of a new dentist. We decided to try Pleasant Plains. We have been very satisfied with their services. For example, dental cleanings have always been painful because of my sensitive teeth. They have been very receptive of this and I no longer feel any discomfort during checkups!
