I recently visited the office for extractions. I wanted to take a moment to tell you that I have experienced a lot of discomfort, anxiety, and fear when it comes to dental work and dentist offices. I have had really bad experiences in the past BUT..NOW I HAVE FOUND MY HAVEN - PLEASANT PLAINS DENTAL.
The name (PLEASANT) is so perfect for this office!! I had (6) extractions done, they did not have to put me to sleep, and this was the BEST visit I have ever had in my life!! The staff was nice, they are understanding, they were patient, the procedure was so painless it was unbelievable. I was actually awake the entire time and felt nothing! It was very quick, and inexpensive! I would recommend, praise, and award this office with the HIGHEST DENTIST RECOGNITION that is possible. They are going to be my family dentist and I believe they are the BEST DENTIST EVER!

I was looking for a good dentist when a flyer came in the mail about Pleasant Plains Dental office opening in Indian Trail. Of course I did a little research and decided to try them. I AM HAPPY I DID. You can’t find a better dental office than Pleasant Plains. Dr. Ernst is GREAT he took his time explained everything that needed to be done. Kayla, is an awesome hygienist, she’s caring and takes her time to make sure that you’re okay, she explains everything to you step by step. Kayla does a great job and always kind. This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The whole staff are professional, friendly, and caring can’t find a better dental office than Pleasant Plains. If there were more than 5 STARS to give I would give it, they deserve it.

Dr. Ali and Dr. Ernst both explain every step of the process and make sure that we are comfortable. It really is a Pleasant place to visit a dentist.

I have gone there a few times and each time was an awesome experience. The staff is friendly and genuinely care with no pretense. I didn’t like to go to the dentist until I started going to this location. The dentists take good care of you and tell you up front what to expect. I recommend everyone go to this location and get your smile right at an affordable price based on insurance. Customer service is second to none and you will smile by the way you are treated. 5 Stars

I would recommend anyone who has high anxiety caused by the dentist to go here. I called this morning needing a tooth pulled, and not only did they fit me in, they made sure I was ready and comfortable, knowing i had bad dentist experiences before. The whole extraction was done with nearly zero pain, during and after. I feel that I can trust my dentist at Pleasant Plains, and was surprised that he personally called to check on me after my visit. I would readily recommend Pleasant Plains Dental to anyone.

Dr. Ernst and staff at Pleasant Plains Dental go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I had a traumatic experience with a dentist when I was young and I now have a severe phobia of dentists. Dr. Ernst is very patient with me and explains everything to me. We go at my pace. His staff is incredibly accommodating. They are very friendly, caring, and most of all, gentle! They have helped me

I would definitely recommend this dental office as a go to for any family!! The staff is all very nice and they are all willing to work with you and to give you your options before any work is done. They all make sure that you are comfortable while you are there. Dr. Ernest is great and you can definitely tell that he cares about his patients and their teeth. They also do not judge for any habits that you may have or ask any questions for why has it been so long or anything of that nature. They will definitely be my primary dentist to go to for now on. Thanks for all the help and work that you guys do!!

My family of four visited Pleasant Plains Dental for the first time this week. We were all impressed with the facility and the entire staff. The exam was thorough and informative and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I don't know many who look forward to visiting the dentist, but we'll be happy to go back again.
