The service provided to my son was good however I paid over $1,300 for his wisdom teeth to be removed. It’s now over 3 months later and I am still waiting on a significant refund after my insurance paid. I was later told that my refund is on hold because he came back in this month for a FREE cleaning. They said ins. Covers the full cleaning so why do I still have to keep waiting on my money? I am not sending my kids back there!! If I owed them money they would be harassing me for it!

Wow! What a pleasant experience. Office staff from greeting to departure extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Environment was calming. Before they did anything from xrays to cleaning, they paused to tell me what to expect. I normally have mild anxiety about going to the dentist. I was completely during the entire process. The office was immaculate. I’ll recommend to friends and family for sure.

I chipped my front tooth on a Friday night, called at 8am and given an appointment at 9am. Was seen by Dr Ernst, he fixed the chipped tooth with no demarcation. My tooth looks so natural. He was very kind and thorough. I ABHOR needles, and he administered anesthesia with NO pain.
I highly recommend Pleasant Plains and Especially Dr Ernst!!! You will thank me later. You will NOT be disappointed.

Very nice office and people. They were quick and to the point with reasonable pricing. I had an extraction that was quick and painless by a doctor that was obviously very competent based on his speed and demeanor. His excellent bedside manor put me at ease during what for me is an anxiety inducing situation. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had an emergency tooth extraction handled by Dr. C and his assistant, Christina. They were a great team. Dr. C was knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, had a really kind demeanor and Christina was the same. In no time at all I was out of pain and on my way.
