Incredible! Dr. C at Pleasant Plains Dental and his team really care, and go the extra mile. They helped me greatly with a last minute late Friday tooth ache and have been absolutely awesome in my visits since them. Switched to Pleasant Plains as my new dental office, they are the BEST dental office I've ever been to and I can't wait to keep coming back!!

My mom was having some pain from a recent dental procedure and traveling. We called there on Saturday. The dentist called us back and talked to my mom so we knew she didn't have an infection. None of us were patients of their practice. I was really impressed at how much the dentist must love his profession, and what a heart he has for others.

So I switched my family over. I went in their office today and was impressed at the imaging equipment and conveniences. Our dental hygienist made our next appointment right in the exam room. Both of my kids were completely comfortable during x-ray process and the technicians took time to explain their x-rays to them. They went over brushing techniques ,too. Very thorough. 3 appointments plus new patient paperwork in 2 hours flat.

Hygienists and doctors are very gentle and conscientious. My kids' favorite part was the treasure box.

I just had two fillings done this morning and I have to say that this was the least painful and easiest dental visit ever. I had to bring my kids with me because my sitter cancelled and they watched tv in the room while I had my teeth worked on.

We switched to this practice because they take our insurance and have a phenomenal dentist. Dr. Ernst also did a filling on my daughter and works well with children. No more visits to the pediatric dentist for us! Thanks for taking great care of my family and being reasonably priced!

So, as a person with extreme dental anxiety, I was extremely hesitant about going to any dentist. It was only after having severe tooth pain that I put aside my hesitation and decided to go. Upon arriving, the first thing I noticed is how nice the office is. It is a soothing environment with modern features and a welcoming waiting room. I met with the hygenist who placed me in an awesome examination/treatment room; complete with tv's both on the wall in front of the chair, and on the ceiling to watch while treatment is being performed. Dr. Chokshi was the dentist assigned to me due to my extreme anxiety. He was extremely personable, but most of all very concerned with how the treatment should go in order to ease my fears. His suggestion was to do sedation for my required dental work. He reassured me at every question and was steadfast that he could create a dental experience that was painless and calming. I agreed to the treatment. When my treatment date arrived, I was greeted, again, by a wonderful hygenist. The team at Pleasant Plains took me to the treatment room and began the sedation procedures. After 45 minutes... I was very, very, very comfortable. I spent approximately 5 hours having intensive dental work (root canal, 7 cavities filled, deep cleaning, scaling). I don't remember any of it. For me, that was the best part of the treatment. After approximately 2 days, there was no residual pain at all. I am so happy to endorse Pleasant Plains Dental for their commitment to comfortable dental care. For someone with the extreme anxiety that I suffer from, they are the ONLY option I would ever consider to take care of my dental needs. Thank you so much Dr. C., you and your team are the absolute best!

I spent over $7,000 for some work on my mouth in the fall. I hadn’t had a cleaning all year. When I go in for a cleaning they want to charge me $65 saying that they have done me a favor by covering $30 of that. You would think after seven grand and with insurance they wouldn’t ask you for more money. I will never go back to these guys again. And after all the work done they send me a bill for additional amount after I pay them $7000. And that has to be paid upfront or they won’t touch you. I understand you need money to run a business but these cats are all about the money and the money only. Buyer beware with these folks.

Dr. Ernst and his team have always provided a great experience for my daughter and me. They always make you feel comfortable, explain everything thoroughly, and are friendly and professional. My daughter even loves to come to the dentist... the treasure box helps with that excitement, I'm sure! Highly recommend Dr. Ernst and his team at Pleasant Plains.

I have always had good experiences here. I love my hygienist Kayla, she is always making sure I am comfortable. She is phenomenal with my young daughter, very patient and gentle! Dr Ernst is great too! So pleased we found this place!

For me, going for my cleanings with Kayla is like going to get my hair trimmed - a nice little treat for me at regular intervals. I love how quick, easy, and effective cleanings are with her. She is also very knowledgable and provided good tips and education on oral health or issues/things to watch. And Dr. Ernst is a seasoned professional who I trust to care for my dental implant or any future issues that could arise. Thanks for making my teeth look pearly, Kayla!

Had an excellent visit at Pleasant Plains Dental! Both the hygienist, Tatiana and Dr. C made the experience wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and cared for during my extensive periodontal cleaning and tooth filling. Some of the things that impressed me the most was the way they went over and above by making sure I was not in any pain or feeling any discomfort. Little things like offering me a blanket and pillow and watching tv during the exam, cleaning and filling. The office was exceptionally clean and I almost felt like I was at a spa walking around the halls of the office. The the front desk staff were extremely nice, efficient and helpful. Tatiana even called me that evening to follow up to see how I feeling!! Overall great experience!!

Pleasant Plains Dental is an A+ operation from top to bottom. As someone who had not been to the dentist in many years, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The office is very comforting and the treatment rooms were equipped with tvs on both the wall and the ceiling to keep your mind occupied during whatever treatment you may be receiving. The entire staff was professional and everyone seemed to thoroughly enjoy their job. I had the opportunity to see Dr. Perkins and would go back to see him again anytime I need any dental work done. My favorite part of my whole experience had to be walking out of the office knowing that 4 cavities that I have had on my front teeth for years were completely gone and even I couldn't tell where they had been. Overall, I would recommend this dental office to anyone in need of a dentist and can't wait to get back to fix a few remaining problems in my own mouth.
