If I could give this place zero stars then I would!!!! I paid $1300 upfront and have had 3 visits. Every single time I make an appointment they will call me to reschedule it. Then when I asked about getting my money back that I paid in cash she said "I can't just give you cash it's a process". The reason I am wanting my money back is because I have had the same tooth filled 3 times in 6 months and they could care less. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go here. The receptionist is completely rude and very unprofessional. Not to mention u have to wait over an hour sometimes two before they even call you back!!!!

My boyfriend went here to find out he had an abscessed tooth and they didn't give him anything for pain and he has been crying all day with how much pain he is in. I understand this area has a lot of pill heads but when you get X-rays and have proof of an abscessed tooth you need to give your patients pain pills or they will suffer for a week long until they can get it pulled. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I was having a dental emergency and could not find a dentist that was able to see me due to the current health crisis. Aspen was able to get me in the same day, they were very patient and practiced good physical distancing to make sure we all felt safe. I could not speak more highly of them and if they see this review, thank you again for helping me.

Dr. Major done the best check up on my teeth I have had in years and this was the best cleaning I have had in a long time. Everyone in the office was very polite and very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything to you. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental office.

So far was really nice in their office and the receptions all their were very nice the appointment seem to go well the workers all seem very polite I will say their very good and would go as far as saying that their a very good at what their doing and the extraction went well

Had to get another tooth pulled by Dr. Major my second time having to see aspen dental well I'm very happy how thing were was treated with get care and understanding

Office personnel very courteous & knowledgable. Dentist and assistant ver professional. Sensitive to main my comfort level during procedure. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!
I can not put into words how thoughtful, efficient, and knowledgeable my hygienist was!

Was quoted a price on phone stating a minimum and maximum price. This place wanted to charge over 60.00 of the maximum and had been there 2 days in a row, for them to up the price again and turn us away after the 2nd visit to make yet another visit, its ridiculous why would I go to a third time after being there twice and the price to keep changing up and up. We drove over 30 miles 1 way its disrespectful to waste time and In agony again and again it's a chain dental establishment you have a price guideline you should use it or open a private office plain and simple. Dissatisfied all the way around.

I would highly recommend anyone to the wonderful team of people at the Bristol Aspen Dental location. They make you feel comfortable and are very patient in answering your questions and hearing your concerns.

A HUGE amount of praise to the Hygienist Debbie. She is amazing! Trust me when I say she will stand behind any product she recommends and if something isn't right she will go above and beyond to make it right.

I just love this whole wonderful group of people and coming from a person that dreaded every dentist visit that says a lot.

I am very upset. I am having full dentures put in. Been to all my appointments to prep for it. Was scheduled today for it to be done. Rearranging my work schedule and family plans. I get there and wait... To be told they won't have my dentures ready until Friday. Which now I am missing out on family coming into town that day for something important, because it was planned for today to have my work done. And have to take an extra day off work. I am generally happy with their service . However for something this big, people can't always just rearrange their schedules that's easily. I didn't have a problem waiting on my car for an hour and a half after my schedule appointment to be called in, the ways times are right now. But this is wron . When we have to go off their schedules to fit us i . More attention should be paid for something like this.

Had 2 appointments rescheduled without notifying me. They even sent email and text reminders for the original dates and times only to either be closed or declare that I missed the appointment. To their credit, corporate tried to make things right but after 2 mistakes, I'm not gonna trust them with my teeth.
I can't recommend.
