From the moment I walked in the door, the employees were awesome very friendly and caring. Great service and they made sure that everything was done to fix all my problems. Best dental care I have ever had. Soon I will have my smile back!

I came in for a lower denture. My bottom teeth were pulled except for an implant. I asked if the implant could be left in with the lower denture attached like a partial. They said no. Since Dr. Major was unable to remove it , I had to wAit 3 weeks, without bottom teeth to have it removed by the tracking oral surgeon. Then the denture did not fit. I waited for the swelling to go down thinking that would make a difference. I was wrong. Now I am going to have to wait another 2 weeks to bring them back for adjustment. To say I am unhappy is an understatement! Almost 2 months unable to eat solid food!!!

Positives: At my last appointment I had a doctor, Dr. George, who seemed very competent, capable, experienced, and skilled. He listened to me and understood what I was comfortable with. I’m glad that he took the time to review my X-rays and not just believe what the doctor before him said. I did not feel pressured by him.
The front staff are friendly.
Negatives: Much of the staff seemed like they had sales quotas to meet. They used sales techniques to try to pressure you to agree to costly treatments which may have been beneficial, but unnecessary. For example, the fist doctor that saw me, Adam Major, barely spoke to me except to tell me that I needed four cavities filled. This was more than I have ever needed in the past. I’m very grateful that Dr George saw me the next time and looked me and the X-rays over again. He was more conservative and explained the actual situation to me, asked me for my input, and in the end I only needed one cavity filled and he gave me things I can personally do to address the other three areas of concern. I agree with him that the worst hole in a tooth is the first hole.
Also the hygienist seemed to recommend overly aggressive treatment that would have cost hundreds of dollars. While it may have been beneficial, it was overly aggressive. I’m glad that I was able to get a second opinion. Be warned, however, that they will attempt to refuse “treatment” if you don’t agree to the treatment they say you “need”. They may make you sign a waiver if you turn their recommended treatment down.
They are chronically understaffed. If you must go to them, schedule your appointment early in the day. We saw families come in for their appointment and be told that they would have to reschedule because they didn’t have anyone in to take care of them. The doctor did our fillings by himself, without a dental assistant.
Also, you will get A LOT of calls, text messages, emails, and voice mails from them. They seem very needy. Kind of exhausting.
We came to Aspen because they agreed to our fee schedule (we’re self-insured) and we were on a time crunch and every other dentist in the area was booked. I do not intend to return to an Aspen dental and would not recommend them to my friends or family.

BEYOND COMPARE THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE IMMAGINABLE! The lack of care, the over booking and the only doctor, who by the way was unprofessional, impatient and rude, was running from patient to patient and really not putting the time to check properly. Started working and the pain inflicted due to not numbing proper, then they numbed it more but waited 3 minutes and tried again. Once more the pain was horrible and caused crying!! The first visit went great, this was horrible due to Dr. Majors being uncaring, unprofessional and it was all about a money machine. People are only as good as the money you spend there.

I recently had my first cleaning at Aspen. The dental hygienist Adam C did a amazing job! He was gentle and made sure I was not in pain. He really seems to care for what he is doing. I appreciate the fact he went out of his way to make me feel welcome.

Absolutely horrendous outcome of a simple cleaning! My gums have never bled when I've brushed them until after this cleaning (I'm using an ultra soft toothbrush). My cleaning was at 4:00 in the afternoon and my gums and teeth are still sore and sensitive 7 hours later, which has never happened before even though I went to regular cleanings at my original dentist before they retired.
And the hygienist was very unprofessional and rude, the rest of the staff was very welcoming, but I am more than disappointed in the "professionalism" of the doctors. Very disappointed and will never be coming back ever again. I would give this place a 0 star if I could.
Edit: It's the next day and my teeth and gums are still very sensitive and painful. Very very disappointed.
