I am a first time mom and was so nervous about bringing my baby with my to my cleaning. The girls at the front desk as well as the rest of the staff made all the nerves go away. They were very happy I brought the baby with me and let me know that she is always welcome. Not only is the staff friendly they do great work too! I always leave feeling much better! I’ve had cleanings, fillings, and my wisdom teeth taken out here! It is definitely hard to find a business that cares about you and your family. Aspen Dental of Bristol TN surely cares.

I came to Aspen Dental because my private dentist had stopped taking my insurance. While I got I my almost immediately for my , appointment, It took three weeks to get in for my consultation for my broken tooth. At that visit I paid an "estimate" of what my insurance would not cover of a new crown. Three weeks later I got prep done and a temporary crown. Sometime later my new crown was seated and I was satisfied. I found a private dentist in the mean time that took my insurance and dropped by for my exrays and a statement of my account. I asked what the -444.00 meant on the printout and was told it was overpayment by me and my CC would be credited at the first of the month. It has been two months and when I called today to check on , the office manager looked it up and they owed me even more. She said she was never told about this. She could not give me a satisfactory explanation as to why this was the case, she would not give me the number of her supervisor and she HUNG UPON ME!!! No apology, no time frame when I might see a credit and no additional information. What a disappointing and sad way to conduct a business

Had 2 teeth pulled. Dentist adjusted my Partial and it was off. I immediately said something, to which he said he thought it would need to fit like this. I had to go out of town for a couple days. The partial was rubbing on my tongue and causing pain. When I got back to town called Aspen to see if I could get in to get partial adjusted and the soonest I could get in was a week later so now for the next week it will be hard to talk, eat or wear partial. Clearly they don’t put their patients first. I would highly recommend getting a personal dentist and not a chain.

Best experience I ever has at a Dentist, very professional, experienced, and quick. I dont usually write reviews but every personal interaction was exceptional. I believe good work needs great praise.

I’ve been here to Bristol office before and the experience was completely different than today and it was different staff. Today …..The office was disgusting and the staff were so unprofessional. They looked and acted as of they only cared about getting their day over with. I Waited for an hour just to be told they never verified the insurance info… I was told a week before this appointment by the office manager nikeema that they would be sure to verify it before my appointment and she would call me if there were any problems. I never got a call. I showed up today 20 minutes early to do my paperwork and was told it would cost $90 for my extractions for infected teeth causing severe pain. I had to pay the $90 up front and I did without issue. I waited and finally sat in the chair getting ready to get numbed up, and the office manager walks in and said she didn’t verify my insurance and it would be $600 today or I’d have to reschedule after my insurance was updated. When they emailed corporate to correct the insurance issue, that lady was out for 4 days and didn’t have any back up person to do that job while she was gone. Then when I was going to pay for just one thing to be done to get rid of the pain, they said well it’s been an hour and he’s in his other appointment and can’t do anything today. So I went back home in severe pain only to learn the receptionist refunded my money to the wrong card. What an embarrassing bunch of people and horrible customer service. Complete waste of time. And just a side note, there was old dried fecal matter on the toilet paper and the wall in the bathroom.

Drove 50 miles for appointment. New patient. They said my appointment was canceled. No notification. I confirmed by responding to email. Total waste of my time and gas. I will not be returning to this dentist office. Totally unprofessional.

Had an appointment that was made several days in advance. Showed up for my 8:30 am appointment only to be told that they couldn’t see me . That the lab technician had not come to work that day. When I asked why no one called to tell me that I couldn’t be seen, all I got was a shoulder shrug. Also the front desk lady was a little rude when she informed me if I had an issue with anything I should go elsewhere for treatment. I did that. Won’t be returning .

While I appreciate that I could get right in. I didn't wabt all the x-rays that were dine and I asked why I couldn't bring in the ones I just had done, after that all the staff treated me like a hostile. Terrible customer service. One girl had a problem with me, she made sure to inform everyone I came in contact with that I was a problem. Very unprofessional. My 23 year old daughter witnessed it all and was also disgusted how unprofessional and hostile they treated me after that.
