Apsen Dental in Bristol has been one of my best experiences I've ever had in a dental office. From the front desk, xrays, financial assistance and the amazing dentist & hygienist... they were sooo kind. Explained everything to me as I had my xrays & teeth pulled. And I am absolutely going back and recommending to friends and family. I drove from Gray, TN to get a first appointment available. It's a 30 minute drive for me & it was worth it. Thank you so much Aspen Dental for your kindness & compassion to a lady in great pain. I truly appreciate every one of you😘

Staff was friendly. Hygenist, Adam, was a good guy and did a great job cleaning. The office could be a bit cleaner in areas and removing the dead bugs in the overhead lights would be a good idea.

Very nice place. Staff was caring and Adam was polite and professional. For what I need done, they are pricey, but they also finance and try to help you look your best.

Staff professional, friendly. Was first time having any affiliation with ASPEN. Very impressed with how smooth the system works, very organized. They truly want to make you have a healthy smile.

I went to the Aspen Dental location in Bristol, TN for a broken tooth. This was the first time I had ever been to a dentist. The staff was professional and polite. The staff could not believe that this was the first time I had ever been to a dentist. The dental exam was good and no issues with my teeth could be found expect for a chipped tooth. The staff thought it was amazing that my teeth was in good condition after 40+ years, but I advised that I had always took good care of my teeth since I was young. My issue was with the dentist who evaluated my chipped tooth and said the only option was to pull it. No other options were given to me such as a filling. So, I scheduled for pulling the tooth the next morning and paid in advance. After careful consideration, I went to this location the next morning for the procedure and advised them I would not let them pull my tooth and I was going to another location for another opinion. The desk staff understood and advised me it was a good idea to seek another opinion. The dentist at aspen was contacted again and still did not offer any other options expect for pulling the tooth. I had advised them that there was no way they I would let him pull it! I ask for my money back and scheduled a visit to Norton Dental in Norton, VA. The dentist at this location took less than 30 minutes to fix my tooth and fill the damaged area. There was very minimal discomfort and he advised me that he found it hard to believe that the dentist at aspen could not fix my tooth. He said that it was an easy fix. After the procedure at Norton Dental, I looked at my tooth in the mirror with joy because the chip is almost impossible to even notice. I'm very thankful to Norton Dental who was willing to fix my tooth and the price was even cheaper than Aspen Dental. I recommend that people seek second opinions before agreeing with the advice at Aspen Dental. You might be surprised that many of the procedures that is recommended is not necessary! I highly recommend Norton Dental in Norton, VA. The dentist and staff are awesome!

Aspen dental is corporate dentistry at its finest. I've never known of another dentist office that is in the business of add on sales like Aspen is. They require you to have a "needed" pricey gingivitis treatment every time you visit this office before you can even have regular cleanings or any other work done. To top it off, they include things such as a $140 tooth brush that you aren't even aware that you are buying. They sold me the same toothbrush two years ago, and I went along with it and didn't complain.. but when they tried that again the second time, I ask for a refund because I obviously don't need the same toothbrush they already sold me once. I was told I'd get a refund over a month ago. I have left multiple messages and never got a return phone call. I went back to the office to ask about it and was told it would be taken care of the next business day and that they would call me to confirm. What a surprise that it's now been 3 business days and I have recieved no phone call. I'm sure they do fine dental work, but if you don't want to be ripped off and spend your money on unnecessary treatments and products, go somewhere else.

I was very pleased with all the staff and the doctors. Staff went above and beyond to help me. Adam C. done a great job on my teeth. They feel and look so much better. Dr. Major pulled my tooth quickly without any issues , which was a big help to me. It had been bothering me for a long time. Thank you all!

Poor Customer Service. I scheduled an appointment and had to wait 4 months to get an appointment. On the day of the appointment they had cancelled my appointment and given the slot to another patient. Avoid this Dentist if you want to actually get your dental work taken care of.

Friendly staff but everything seemed so sketchy and they make you pay for all the work before they do it. They took my X-rays in an office chair. At most dentist offices they take them in the exam chair. I just had an uneasy feeling with how good the work on my teeth would be.

My first visit there was amazing! Best dentist experience I've ever had! The office manager(i believe that's her title, can't think of her name) was truly a blessing. Adam C. walked me thru everything he was doing during my cleaning, super friendly too! All around great👍
