I was billed a $59 charge months after my visit that I was unaware of until it hit my credit report. I had dental insurance and paid the portion not covered during my visit. However, The account manager was super sweet.

Started at Aspen Dental I'm Bristol last year. Was referred to fix a problem with one tooth.Seemed nice enough but did alot of unnecessary stuff. Never did the work to that tooth and wanted to "refer" me out after telling me they would fix. Basically said i HAD to purchase their 140.00 toothbrush or my periodontal work would be useless. So I paid it. Today I go for cleaning and informed them some of the fillings they did that have came out. Including one in my two from teeth that was loose. She said the dentist would come look at it. Instead, she continues to "clean" my teeth. She "cleaned" my filling out of my front teeth and then said she'd schedule me for next week. WHAT?? I asked her if they are going to fix my teeth since I have a HUGE hole in my front teeth. Ummm, NO! Dentist is here alone and they are triple booked. Made appt for NEXT TUESDAY! R u serious??? I am so mad. Who would take out a filling and leave a patient with a huge hole??? Never again will I go there and if there is further action I can take, I will!!

I was anxious about going after a few years, but they relieved that by their professionalism and caring attitude. I was seen by Wyndie, Sarah, Dortor Lee, Michelle and Keli (who carefully explained everything to me regarding the cost and the treatment plan). So impressed by all of them!

I was hesitant about coming in for a cleaning but had changed the appointment a couple of times. I followed the calling and mask requirements. They took my temperature. Some staff were not using their masks, but the hygienist worn a mask, shield, and gloves. The appointment was good. We will see if I’m ill in a few weeks.

I am going to Bristol, TN Aspen dental. I don't like the idea of paying b/fore service has been rendered. It seems if the office personnel does not trust the patience to pay after the service.
But this last visit is the first time the dentist has actually taken an interest in my mouth. He made some good suggestion, of which I am grateful for and I will follow up on his suggestions.

Had wires in my mouth for five year no one would bother to take them out and aspen did the x rays and told me 110% we can take them out great doctors and clean environment. Wry Curitiba staff and seemingly caring doctors . And the assistan manager Kenyatta was so helpful and nice and she was very easy on the eyes. Thank you dr. Patel and ma Debbie I got my smile back. Special thanks to ma nakima for explaining the procedure to me

I went for an emergency fix of a broken tooth and got SO much more! For starters, the staff at the Bristol, TN office is AMAZING!! Also, I have been a life-long dental patient (regularly) and had been told before that I had the beginning stages of periodontal disease, but that brushing and flossing would keep it at bay. After my initial exam at Aspen, the measurements they took, etc., I found out the disease was much more advanced than thought. I subsequently underwent periodontal treatment and after the very first treatment, SO many things improved!! My gums weren’t sore, they didn’t bleed anymore, my sinus headaches stopped, tooth sensitivity ceased and my breath was 100% nicer! I was terrified of the treatment because of horror stories I’d heard from family and friends but it was easier than a filling! Not scary at all and SOOOO worth the time and money!! I recommend Aspen to EVERYONE!!!

The staff here is Amazing and helpful and did an Awesome job at helping me out for my first time visit and help with what to kinda pick out and give a try on my first pair of dentures. Thank You to All the Staff at Aspen Dental, You guys are Awesome!!!!! 😁😁😁

Originally had a scheduled appointment late in the afternoon. The doctor got sick and the receptionist supposedly called me twice to reschedule but I never received any calls so my appointment was pushed back to the next morning. I had an 8am appointment and although the service was well and the patient care was top notch I was there for four hours. Overall good experience just disappointed with how long the appointment took.

Very pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice and professional. They explained the procedures in detail. Before continuing with procedures l was shown in detail the cost of all procedures.
