A 4 star was given because there is room for improvement. Front desk was courteous. Did not have to wait long which is a plus. The technician Michelle Schor was professional. However, the dentist who interrupted the cleaning process so he could check my son's teeth failed to introduce himself to the my son or me. Only shared that he has two cavities and not rush to have his wisdom teeth taken care of. Needs to work on his "bedside manners". His "white coat" looked liked he had slept in it & there was no name to identify him. Just an observation from a new patient's perspective. This will not deter us from coming back.

wicked over priced and god forbid you have bad credit because you won’t get to make monthly payments and be required to put a deposit down and pay out the @$$ for services. To get one tooth taken of they gave me the low price of $469.60 !! That’s basically $500.. I’m a 27 year old single mom of an 18 month old. Ain’t nobody got that as pocket change to just drop on a single tooth. Oh and to get all my work done they gave me the low price of about $7000!! That’s a whole used car or a down payment on a flipping house! RIDICULOUS! I’ll wait for friends in need or one of the free dental clinics to come around!!!

I felt like I was buying a used car....i seen the dentist for about 2 minutes and then a sales person.
What a rip off....
I priced dentures prior to my appointment and these people charge double !!!!!!
And when I said no....they were rude.
I waited for over a hour to be called back.

There are honestly no words that can describe just how wonderful this group is! From start to finish...words can't express my sincere gratitude for every single one of them! Never have I felt so comfortable and my fears were literally put to ease. These people genuinely care and that nowadays is extremely rare and hard to find. As one who literally despises the thought of going to the dentist, I am actually looking forward to my upcoming visit! Special thanks to Wyndie, Steph, and Debbie who made this experience a truly remarkable one!

Horrible business structure, 1 hour wait time to get out of waiting room, inconsistent recommendations from last visit and high pressure sales pitch for recommended almost 30% interest credit. Cigna losing 2 customers. Aspen is our only choice they have for us. We are going to pay more from a different company to have more choices and much lower procedure pricing.

Visit was pointless, I set an emergency appointment because I was is excruciating pain, this "emergency" appointment was set 2 days away, and when I went I waisted 5 hours there. The xray showed a broken wisdom tooth that had also broke the one in front of it. They didn't do anything exept poke it a few times and try to sell me a $9,880 plan that would "fix everything". Didn't give me any advice, antibiotics, pain meds, or even numb it. It was a complete waste of time. Over the phone they acted like they could pull it or at least fix the pain I was in in some way, but when I got there they did nothing, the only reason they get 2 stars is because the office manager lady was great, she was very nice and informative, the dentist was stuck up and arrogant. I will go elsewhere for anything in the future.

I called on a Thursday and got an appointment for Friday morning. Every person I came in contact with at this location was polite and professional. I needed to have a broken tooth extracted and this process could not have gone easier. Thank you everyone who stayed past closing time to make sure I got the care I needed. Keep up the good work!

Whatever you do don't go to Aspen Dental in Bristol, Tn. They are the biggest rip off in the state. I went to have a bridge recemented in, I told them it needed to stay until I had a medical issue corrected, to use cement that would last. The bridge was put back in, and it fell out the next day. I went back to see if they could do it right, as the metal that had held the bridge was cutting my jaw. The dentist walked in, did not look inside my mouth or examine me in any way. He talked to me for maybe 5 minutes then walked out. I made them give me copies of my records and it clearly stated that they used a TEMPORARY Cement when they put the bridge in even though I requested something that would last for a while. They are trying to charge me for a "comprehensive exam," I did not receive an exam. I called my insurance company and told them and I will continue to fight this because I do not feel I should pay for something I did not receive. I had to give them 1 star to post this, they deserve minus 10 stars. I would not recommend Aspen Dental under any circumstances.
Another thing is they have been reviewing themselves to pad their ratings, I noticed in 2012 there were 10 reviews, all of those reviews were 5 stars AND all just said "A GOOGLE USER" 10 in a row, all from same time, give me a break, people are smarter than that. So that makes 69 reviews, fourteen are 1 star, three are 3 stars, seven are 4 stars that does not give you a 4.1 rating!
