Staff very friendly & caring, I hope to continue my dental health with them, but as I do not have insurance, financially not sure if I can. I REALLY was pleased with how I was treated & cared for, I only hope that I can return sooner rather than later. I need to health wise but lack of funds can't continue treatments at this time. God bless you all 🙏

I had a great experience! Despite my appointment being canceled by accident, they still got me in and out in a timely manner. The staff were very friendly and helpful in making sure I was happy with my smile! 😁

I have had bad experiences here and I recommend to avoid First I scheduled appt for my family. They sent confirmation text to family who confirmed appt. They showed up and we're sent away because apparently they were suppose to call too. Makes no sense. Second experience I waited an hour for hygienist. Last visit I waited 40 minutes than was told they were waiting for dentist to look at hygienist patient and had no idea how much longer I would be waiting. Of course they already charged my card then couldn't give me a refund receipt. Too much chaos. I think they might double book.

I love everyone at my Aspen Dental in Bristol TN but Adam C. takes the cake! I went in for a cleaning today and he was gushing over my progress. You can really tell how much he cares for his patients. Adam is such a nice and friendly man. He makes sitting in his chair a joy not a chore. Thanks for being amazing Adam!!

Update:
My second visit was to get what I was told to be 2 fillings which was actually 3. The appointment went fine but the dentist and his assistant had the personalities of a tree. They didn't say anything to me besides open wide, turn your head or close and open your mouth. When my fillings were done the dentist just got up and left without a word and the assistant just walked me to the door. I got what I paid for in that they did the job, no more or no less. I just think perfessionals should have just a little bit of a bedside manner and make you feel at ease. I happen to be terrified of having dental work. That's why I hadn't been in so long. I needed extra numbing which I had forgotten is usually what happens when I need dentist work. The dentist grabbed a needle and numbed more for which I'm thankful and them just ignored me for a while and continued. The ones who have cleaned my teeth have been really nice, hopefully that's all I'll need in the future but I may try and find something closer if I can. I live in Virginia and ended up in Tennessee because so many other offices had a lengthy waiting list.

My first visit:
The staff was warm and friendly, very helpful and I received excellent care. I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a while because of fear but I was pleasantly surprised and even though I have to go back for a filling I'm not dreading it like I thought.

They just want your money. They are nice and helpful till you pay them up front. Then they don't care about you or the service. Dentist was mean and angry because I needed a little extra numbing. Very painful experience. Dentures don't fit hurt my mouth. Can't wear them. Basically I wasted $4000. Can't get an appointment for almost a month to fix them. Please don't go here to get Dentures. Go somewhere else that will take good care of you. This place will take your money and leave you toothless and helpless.

I confirmed my appointment TWICE! Once on the phone with a lady exactly a week before my appointment and the second time through email two days before my appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early to fill out paper work (as instructed by the lady on the phone) and was just asked to sign in and have a seat. About 30 minutes later, I walked up to the front desk and asked if I should be filling out my forms while I'm waiting. The receptionist then couldn't find me on the schedule... she said they tried to call and couldn't get ahold of me to confirm the appointment, so it was canceled. I showed her where it was confirmed two times! She said it must had been a glitch but she could try to get me in later that day. Another women interrupted and said the x-ray machine was down and they couldn't see new patients. The SAME THING happened in April this year when I took time off work to go to my appointment, they called minutes before and told me the x-ray machine was down. Never will I ever go back or recommend this place to anyone.

The staff and dentist made an unpleasant event (tooth extraction) much more pleasant with their kindness and patience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who dislikes visiting the dentist.
